very friendly and helpful receptionist. wifi, fridge, safe and microwave in room. full breakfast.

quite a ride until downtown. cold eggs and sausage at breakfast.

The room was great, nothing to complain about. Also the breakfast selection was great. It's great for a stopover.

The staff at the reception and in the breakfast room was quite busy with their cell phones... just a minor detail.

staff were pleasant and helpful. Lots of parking. Quiet.

Breakfast buffet hot foods were cold. toaster wasnt toasting very good. Buffet attendant could be trained to greet people with a good morning, how are you today rather than listening to his headphones.

Enjoyed the hotel very much

There was a large party on the evening we were there. no parking was available for the hotel guest. We had to park on the street and risk being towed. The party were extremely loud on their way out around 2 in the morning.

The decor was fantastic! Folks were having wedding photos taken there the decor was so awesome!

Like: location to Westwood arena, 407, Queensway markets... The evening clerk who checked us in did everything possible to accomodate us. Her name is Claire and she would be a valuable asset at another hotel where her customer service skills would be rewarded. for $90 it is good value.

It has a dated decor. The room was stuffy. A double room is pretty tight with a cot. Despite these shortcommings, I would stay again. It ain't easy trying to please the wife.....;-(

the hotel is close to the mall i appreciated it,vast rooms and very well furnished,with class(wood and gold decorated).Fruit salad at breakfast is not to despise.Staff is helpful but sometime gets confusing.

To have to move because the services's disfunctions(bulbs,AC,,slaming door at night from the next room).
