Woodbine Hotel & Suites  

Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours disponible pour vous renseigner. Excellent petit déjeuner copieux que l'on peut emporter dans sa chambre.

Manque de service: Bar, distributeur de boisson, information sur les transports locaux, dépliants, plans. L’hôtel, très bien situé si l'on souhaite la proximité de l'aéroport est vraiment loin de la ville et il n'y a pas de communication par bus ou métro ( c'est du moins très compliqué. Il ne reste que le taxi, qui a vite fait de plomber le budget (50 CAD pour le centre!!)

Situation de l'hôtel proche de l'aéroport, chambre correcte, bon rapport qualité/prix, idéal pour une première nuit ou avant un départ vu l'emplacement mais pas plus. Petit déjeuner correct.

Un peu bruyant.

L'hôtel est situé très près de l'aéroport Pearson, et en face de la piste de course de chevaux Woodbine; la qualité de l'aménagement de la chambre m'a surprise pour le prix que j'ai payé. L'insonorisation laisse un peu à désirer. Le service de navette (payant) était à un coût raisonnable et rapide. Service internet dans le hall. Correct pour un soir si vous devez vous rendre tôt à Pearson I.A.

Je crois qu'on m'a donné une chambre fumeur, mais je ne me souviens pas qu'on m'ait demandé ma préférence au moment de faire la réservation sur Booking.com.

Clean, helpful staff (but not very expert)

Very small rooms

the hotel was very clean. The room was very nice the bed was very comfortable and it was a nice setup.

The hotel staff was very rude. Upon arriving the man at the front desk said that he could not find my reservations and left me in the middle of our conversation to go an attend to other guests. I asked what time check out was and he said that we could leave at 12 without paying the extra fees. However around 11:30 a manager came knocking at the door asking me what time we were checking out. I feel that these things were very rude and unecessary.

Unfortunately, my night was poor because the a/c wasn't working, or I didn't know how to set it properly, and the lady at reception said that there was no maintenance guy that could come up and fix it / check it out. That was at 8:30 at night. The room was very warm and the only option was to switch to another room which was also warm. Offered a free upgrade on next stay, but seeing that the stay I had was poor, it will be highly unlikley that I'll use that.

We stayed at the Park Inn to get a shuttle in the morning to the airport. We were under the impression it was a free service, we got that impression from Booking.com. The additional cost of the shuttle raised the price by 20.00 . I would have made a different choice had I known. When we walked into the room, it was very cold and took a long time to warm up enough to take our coats off. Breakfast was not served until 7:00 a.m., we had to leave at 5:00 a.m. They told us we could catch a shuttle 24 hours a day....in the morning we were told we couldn't get a shuttle until 7:00 a.m.,...they had to call us a cab. We asked for a wake up call for 5:00 a.m., at 10:00 p.m. (after we had gone to bed) they called the room to verify we wanted a wake up call for 7:00 a.m...???? We informed them they were incorrect. Good thing they called...but they woke us up. The pillows are horrible fat but very small square things. Extremely uncomfortable.

I like the breakfast and that it has pc and Internet

There was no a window at all in our room, and after we have changed to another room - the window it had could not be oppened.

Very tidy/clean rooms. airco good.

At first they did not have a room available at the rate I paid. I was upgraded after about 40 min of waiting.

Room was very clean, Receptionist during my arrival was very good and professional.

Very good value for staying near airport as long as have a car. Near Woodbine race track.

You really need a rental car if staying here.

For the price, I was impress by the comfort ... Will definitely back to that place one day !!!
