- Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding - Prima bedden - Nette douche - Enigszinds gedateerd, maar wel netjes - Afstand naar luchthaven of stadscentrum (30km) alleen makkelijk/goed te bereiken wanneer in bezit van een auto.

De kamer/douche was goed. De receptionist wist niet hoe van het Hotel naar de stad te komen. Was niet klantvriendelijk. De shuttle van het vliegveld naar het Hotel kon niet geregeld worden. Dit zorgde voor veel extra taxi kosten. Terug gelukkig wel

staff were pleasant and helpful. Lots of parking. Quiet. Breakfast buffet hot foods were cold. toaster wasnt toasting very good. Buffet attendant could be trained to greet people with a good morning, how are you today rather than listening to his headphones.

closness to woodbine racetrack and value for money very noisy and crowded in pubic area at night. had diffficulty getting through the crowd to get to my room.

Enjoyed the hotel very much There was a large party on the evening we were there. no parking was available for the hotel guest. We had to park on the street and risk being towed. The party were extremely loud on their way out around 2 in the morning.

Price free parking the bed mattress was very uncomfortable Pillows were very small and uncomfortable Wifi connection was very poor Breakfast was very medicore bedroom window was open to dinning hall. looked very wiered. staff was very un friendly. will neverstay again.

Like: location to Westwood arena, 407, Queensway markets... The evening clerk who checked us in did everything possible to accomodate us. Her name is Claire and she would be a valuable asset at another hotel where her customer service skills would be rewarded. for $90 it is good value. It has a dated decor. The room was stuffy. A double room is pretty tight with a cot. Despite these shortcommings, I would stay again. It ain't easy trying to please the wife.....;-(

the hotel is close to the mall i appreciated it,vast rooms and very well furnished,with class(wood and gold decorated).Fruit salad at breakfast is not to despise.Staff is helpful but sometime gets confusing. To have to move because the services's disfunctions(bulbs,AC,,slaming door at night from the next room).

It is close to Woodbine Racetrack. The purpose of my stay The cleanliness of my room this time. Short black hairs in sink and tub.

Quite good value for money. We didn't like all the plastic used for breakfast, everything was thrown away. Very bad for the environment.

The staff are very friendly to accommodate and the Hotel itself is modern and very warming. Would stay again when I need to as I already have.
