Could not get the phone to work to do a long distance Bell calling card.

We stayed at the Park Inn to get a shuttle in the morning to the airport. We were under the impression it was a free service, we got that impression from Booking.com. The additional cost of the shuttle raised the price by 20.00 . I would have made a different choice had I known. When we walked into the room, it was very cold and took a long time to warm up enough to take our coats off. Breakfast was not served until 7:00 a.m., we had to leave at 5:00 a.m. They told us we could catch a shuttle 24 hours a day....in the morning we were told we couldn't get a shuttle until 7:00 a.m.,...they had to call us a cab. We asked for a wake up call for 5:00 a.m., at 10:00 p.m. (after we had gone to bed) they called the room to verify we wanted a wake up call for 7:00 a.m...???? We informed them they were incorrect. Good thing they called...but they woke us up. The pillows are horrible fat but very small square things. Extremely uncomfortable.

Had tried to book a twin room, but as most hotels are 2 x double beds I was not too concerned when it said a double room. However, was a bit oput out to find only one bed. I could not find a facility for ensuring the room booked was a twin room.

Nice location, friendly staff except a lady receptionist. All other staff are so friendy.Clean and tidy.

One of the lady rceptionists doesn,t like my brown color. She was very rough. Also, during late evenings, very difficult to park your car. Some events must be going on in nearby banquet hall and many of them attending those events do not have any manners. Also hotel do not have any reserved parking for guests. Iam not sure how safe to park in backside of hotel.

Rooms are congested, air conditioning is poor, hallways hot and humid

Spacious n great bathroom. Staff were really nice breakfast was also good

Hotel was not far from hotel but due nil shuttle or car had to travel by taxi to railway or hotel and it was quite costly. Should have stayed near a railway station or in a hotel with shuttle service

For the price, I was impress by the comfort ... Will definitely back to that place one day !!!

De kamer/douche was goed.

De receptionist wist niet hoe van het Hotel naar de stad te komen. Was niet klantvriendelijk. De shuttle van het vliegveld naar het Hotel kon niet geregeld worden. Dit zorgde voor veel extra taxi kosten. Terug gelukkig wel

Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours disponible pour vous renseigner. Excellent petit déjeuner copieux que l'on peut emporter dans sa chambre.

Manque de service: Bar, distributeur de boisson, information sur les transports locaux, dépliants, plans. L’hôtel, très bien situé si l'on souhaite la proximité de l'aéroport est vraiment loin de la ville et il n'y a pas de communication par bus ou métro ( c'est du moins très compliqué. Il ne reste que le taxi, qui a vite fait de plomber le budget (50 CAD pour le centre!!)

Обіцяний шатлбас виявляється просто так не ходить , його потрібно завчасно замовляти, тому зекономивши на номері "влетів " на 35 доларіз за таксі.
