Beautiful room, love that it was cozy warmed by the fireplace. It was great that it wad attached to the Prime steak house so we didn't have to go outside in the cold. The food was fantastic, service excellent and the selections for the morning continental breakfast were perfect. We enjoyed our breakfast went back to the room to relax then checked out just before 12 so we werent rushed!!!

Nice small hotel in a great location. Right near all of Victoria's waterfront, shopping and downtown attractions. We were delayed by weater and checked in very late at night, but there was no problem. Staff were gracious and welcoming. This isn't a complaint, but our room had no actual window, only a small deck with an area that you could look towards the sky. Next time I would request a room with a window.

My wife and I have made the Magnolia Hotel the place to stay when I have business in Victoria. We have found nothing to equal it for comfort cheerful service and help from the staff.

Great Hotel!!! Staff was arguably the best I been around. They took time to explain things to me as far as where to go and how to get there. Worked with me as though I was the only one around. Even did the booking for me od several venues. Thom & Kathy

Absolutely everything here was just great, Blair( the manager) was a real help and great. There was a problem with the reservation but not to him he fixed everything and was helpful. I would recommended this at any time.

The location of the hotel was excellent however, the bar and restaurant were closed for renovations which has to happen sometime I suppose. The room was large, clean and well appointed. The options for parking were valet(at $25 for overnight) or parking on the street
