The pool, hot tub. We had a perfect room. We had a perfect view of the moutains from the Lodge. Jasper is great.

I liked the location, quietness and wireless internet. I did not like chips out of bathroom counter than impede sanitation. Basically I felt the bathroom could use some upgrading. I did not like distance up stairs to 3rd level balcony hauling heavy bags.

Super comfy beds The worlds loudest fire alarm went off so many times i couldnt keep count in the middle of the night - could of at least apologised in the morning, sorry goes a long way. Not what i was expecting when we decided to 'treat' ourselves at $144 for a night when we have been in hostels for the previous 2 weeks.

The beds were so comfy we didnt want to wake up, best sleep ive had in a log time. Also, The weekend breakfast buffet was great for a quick fuel up without the long waits of dealing with a restaurant. I will definitely be coming back

We stayed in a junior suite. It was fantastic, poolside location with so much room inside. The real bonus was the private sauna in the room which was unexpected. It was quiet and the bed was so comfortable!! Awesome price Awesome place!! nothing.. was only there for one night and nothing to complain about :)

I liked the space in the room. We loved that we could bring a pet. We loved the kitchenette idea. The fridge froze everything. Stains on the carpet.

The room had a nice rustic feel Nice mountain view You could hear everything outside. The pillows were very stiff. It was way too expensive for the quality. The restaurant wasn't open long enough. There was no spa or gym Hot tub was very small, and there was a strange guy in it the whole time

Our rooms was spacious, clean and very comfortable and we enjoyed both the pool and hot tub during our stay. Staff were courteous and helpful and addressed any questions or concerns right away. The close proximity to area skiing and Jasper's unique shopping area was ideal.

Comfortable beds, good parking. Having a fridge in the room is awesome! Hot tub had bits of skin floating around in it. It was pretty gross.

Everything very clean. Very comfortable bed. Nice newer bathroom. Good quality soaps. Nice pool. Great value breakfast. Pool quite cold.

Bathroom and kitchenette were nice. Pull out sofa was horrible.needs to be replaced, especially for prices of room. We had very noisy people above us.and we were smoked out in the mourning, our room was filled with smoke cause some one didn't open the flu. Overall not worth the up grade...oh and then $ 10 buffet was cold.

Had a family kitchenette, very pleased,the room was great. We loved the colour scheme of browns and burnt orange. The bedding was great. Had a very comfortable stay. Definitely will stay there again. Excellent service.

Everything. We arrived at 2 am and everything was ready .... Beds were super comfy, rooms were large and quiet. All for a great price We got to the Buffett at 830 ..everything looked good but everything was ice cold ..bacon, eggs, sausage ,pancakes all cold. ..... I am sure they were warm at one time maybe get there early I guess.

The bed was comfortable, great pillows. Appreciate a fridge & coffee. The Pool was too cool, and the hot tub area needed a sweeping(which we mentioned to staff)
