The location was perfect for walking all over the city. Dan and other staff members went above & beyond. They were helpful and gracious hosts. We will definitely stay there again if we return to this beautiful city. Walking up to our room on the 4th floor.

The staff and management were exceptionally friendly and helpful.Beautiful small hotel in an exceptional location We were in room 36 and enjoyed it. It is beautifully done. However the marble floors in the bathroom area are very slippery after a shower. This is not a dislike but in comparable accommodations a coffee maker is usually found.

The location was inside the city walls of Old Quebec City. The hotel did not give us any discounts because we booked our room through Booking.com rather than contacting them directly. Booking through your site cost us more money to cover the cost of your fees to the hotel--we only found out about this at checkout. The hotel did not give us the complementery breakfast. The hotel has no public spaces. The room was stuffy and we could not open the windows because we had a fire escape and wall outside our windows.

Very professional, helpful and friendly staff. Very quiet, comfortable and well decorated room (number 4) with private balcony. Free wifi, parking facility nearby (reasonable extra charge), very well located, walk distance from nearly everything. Just a great place to stay. Nothing, everything was great.

It is a bed and breakfast. Our room was great and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The hotel has an old world charm with modern comforts. It is located inside the wall of Old Quebec so it is a great location for seeing the sights of this beautiful city. The staff is most helpful. They go out of their way to meet your needs and help with directions to sites, restaurants, etc. I checked "family" above because they made us feel like family from check-in to check-out. We loved our stay and highly recommend it to others. The only thing we didn't like was our stay was that it was too short. We were sad to leave Quebec and to leave this beautiful hotel.

We loved the location. We initially had doubts about no parking and having to call a valet every time we wanted our car, but the services was fast and easy, despite the challenges of the the construction going on immediately across the street. Staff was cheerful, helpful and totally bilingual. The breakfast selection was good and the dining room and service excellent. We could have used another comfortable chair for lounging and reading.

The hotel is in a great location within the walls of the upper old city. The owners are on site and all the staff were warm and helpful. We drove and there is a loading zone in front of the hotel and underground parking just around the corner...no problem. Our room (34) was nicely furnished with antique wood pieces and a very comfortable bed. We had a nice view of the Edice Price alight in green after dark. We walked everywhere and loved returning to the Manor for a little rest before venturing out again. Continental breakfast ($7) featured locally made breads and croissants, fresh fruit, and good coffee. Not very big, but a good start that leaves you ready to eat all the other great foods around town. This is not a modern hotel, but rather converted residential manor with great charm. We got exactly what we wanted. A new heating and cooling system is currently being installed. In May, we didn't need it even with a really warm day. Opening the screened windows was perfect. I'd say the Manor lacks a real common area, so one is either out and about or in your room. But this is not a serious issue as the city has so many beautiful places to hang out.
