Excellent value for money, good location very clean rooms We stayed in 520 and were told we had been upgraded so we had no complaints The only negative was that there are quite a few steps to enter to hotel so anyone with difficulty walking may have trouble but we explained that one of us had trouble and were able to access through the bar/restaurant but only after 11am

Great location. Convenient to all services, shops, restaurants, theatre, etc. Stairs leading up to main lobby......very difficult with luggage........not a welcoming way to begin entry to the hotel after a long journey. Room didn't seem to have sufficient light......although there were several lamps the room it still seemed dark even during the daytime.

Hotel Manoir Victoria is a charming property in beautiful location. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well apointed but not lavish. Not so much a dislike but rather a preference. Generally we would prefer a larger bathroom with a larger soaker bath tub.

Location. We arrived a day early, Sep 8, and enjoyed the city of Quebec; many things to do were within walking distance, then joined our Road Scholar group on Sep 9 at the same hotel for two more nights. Small room. Dining room waiter was consistently confused over orders and who ordered what.

Hotal Manoir was a very warm and friendly place to stay. The rooms were huge and bathroom was in splendid new condition. Service at breakfast could have been a bit better but other then that it's a great place to stay and I would definitely choose this hotel again ! Staff at reception was very friendly. Also a nice swimming pool.

It was the most pleasant place to stay. The rooms and the staff was excellent. Unfortunately the restaurant was only open for breakfast - not lunch or dinner - as they were going through a change of management as was the bar. So room service was not available. They explained that when we registered - although when I booked on line it looked as though it was available. Having said that - the buffet breakfast was excellent. I would definelty stay here again - as everything was great! I liked everything about Hotel Manoir Victoria - the only thing was that the restaruant and the bar were closed. This was the only thing - but it gave us an opporutnity to eat at other restaurants in the city.

It's a great location and staff are very friendly Not very good value for money. The rooms are very dated and small. The rooms are dull and dark. You have to drag your bags up a big flight of stairs to enter to lobby. We were there for new years and there is no room service facilities for two weeks at this time.

Very convenient location and a comfortable room. The staff was extremely helpful and polite and welcoming. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so they changed us to another room for our convenience. The room we had was very large and comfortable, but wondering if that would have been the case if we got our original room we were booked for. While the lighting was nice for ambiance, it was not sufficient to read by.

Bernard, one of the workers at the front desk, is an absolute delight. He was the first person we met and the last person we saw. Give this man a raise, every positive thought I have about this place is influenced by my found memories of the way he treated my boyfriend and I.

“We enjoyed staying at Hotel Sainte-Anne very much. The hotel staff were polite and friendly. They had excellent breakfast. You can choose one of "traditional", "continental" and "fresh fruit". We tried all three of them and all of them were delicious. Location was great, close to all the beautiful sights in the old Quebec City. Many of the good restaurants and shops are near the hotel. If we have a chance to visit Quebec again, we would definitely stay at Hotel Sainte-Anne again! ” Kyoko, Fayetteville, Nc |
