On one occasion, water coming out of the bath faucet turned rusty. Disappointed that they didn't specify up front that parking was $20 per night. (I naively thought that it was included.)

It was very elegant. We had two rooms - one for my husband & myself; one for my son, his wife & two young children. We were put on the same floor both families were delighted with their rooms. We enjoyed the location & the pool. We couldn't use the spa or restaurant because we had young children with us but may on a future trip. I also used the gym. Hotel was quiet and comfortable. I was delighted it was non-smoking & had recycling in room. The gym should have mats & cross-trainer. The instructions were written in French on the equipment & I couldn't read them. I couldn't figure out how to change the t.v. station or the volume or even how to turn it off (remote didn't seem to work).

In general - the location was excellent - my husband and I and our two 'children', aged 31 and 27, wanted to come to Quebec City to watch the Crashed Ice competition. The hotel was in close proximity, near shopping (mostly for my daughter and I), and the staff was very efficient and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable too. Thanks for a great weekend.

Although we only stayed on night we were very pleased with the service and friendlyness of your staff. We are an only English speaking couple and your staff served us in English with no difficulty. Thank you for the warm reception we received upon our arrival. From the parking valet to the front desk, the service was excellant and all our questions were answered promptly....

Hotal Manoir was a very warm and friendly place to stay. The rooms were huge and bathroom was in splendid new condition. Service at breakfast could have been a bit better but other then that it's a great place to stay and I would definitely choose this hotel again ! Staff at reception was very friendly. Also a nice swimming pool.

It was the most pleasant place to stay. The rooms and the staff was excellent. Unfortunately the restaurant was only open for breakfast - not lunch or dinner - as they were going through a change of management as was the bar. So room service was not available. They explained that when we registered - although when I booked on line it looked as though it was available. Having said that - the buffet breakfast was excellent. I would definelty stay here again - as everything was great! I liked everything about Hotel Manoir Victoria - the only thing was that the restaruant and the bar were closed. This was the only thing - but it gave us an opporutnity to eat at other restaurants in the city.

We only stayed one night in this hotel as the Fairmont hotel Frontenac could not accommodate us for our last night in Quebec. We did however enjoy our night at Hotel Manoir Victoria.

It's a great location and staff are very friendly Not very good value for money. The rooms are very dated and small. The rooms are dull and dark. You have to drag your bags up a big flight of stairs to enter to lobby. We were there for new years and there is no room service facilities for two weeks at this time.

Very convenient location and a comfortable room. The staff was extremely helpful and polite and welcoming. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so they changed us to another room for our convenience. The room we had was very large and comfortable, but wondering if that would have been the case if we got our original room we were booked for. While the lighting was nice for ambiance, it was not sufficient to read by.

Bernard, one of the workers at the front desk, is an absolute delight. He was the first person we met and the last person we saw. Give this man a raise, every positive thought I have about this place is influenced by my found memories of the way he treated my boyfriend and I.

I enjoyed the clean, comfy quiet room ... loved the pillows. Very hospitable and accomodating staff. Great location easy walking distance to shopping and great restaurants. I would have loved to have enjoyed a hot tub when we went down to use the pool.

The gracious desk staff were so helpful with directions, advice, and made a restaurant reservation for me saving us from a long wait for a table and my stumbling attempts at French. The buffet breakfast was only average. We preferred the local cafes.

An excellent hotel in the mainstream of Quebec City Old Town's best shopping and restaurants. Room was smallish and lighting could have been better; however, these are very small dislikes.
