Charming and inviting atmosphere and very pleasant staff. Excellent location and good service. Great to be in the old town. This wasa our second stay and we would return again. Room was not cleaned until late in the day when we had already returned to our room. Had to vacate it in order for the housekeeping staff to do their job. Very minor inconvenience. |

Convenience of location to stores restuarants and transport such as and bus stop. Yes - The room smelt like a Smoking Room - As Non Smokers we chose it because it was advertised as a NO SMOKING ROOM - we very dissappointed andd will not recommen that any one stays there. The rate was expensive for what we got. |

Very comfortable beds and the pool/spa had excellent facilities. We did not eat in any of the hotel's restaurants so can't evaluate. We were very tempted to take advantage of the hotel's spa which sounded wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and workout room. The room our children was in was nicer than ours which was upgraded by the manager--better layout and use of space. Staff was helpful at directing us around town, helping with bags etc. The first woman who greeted us was rude. Our rooms weren't ready, and traveling with children (specified in the reservation) they were not adjoining. The rooms also seemed very ordinary (unlike the pics on the website) which was disappointing. We left the hotel--too pricey for what you got--a very limited view, smallish rooms, very pricey. Maybe we were expecting too much at the $250$/night price point though. The location was wonderful but difficult to get to by car the first night (we parked in a garage and walked after driving around) as the main roads near the hotel were closed to road traffic as a pedestrian mall (not marked on any maps). |

From the moment we entered the front doors and walked up to the lobby we knew we were in a special place. The receptionist greeted us in French and with ease and friendliness switched to English. Dinner in the dining room was supberb! We are definately coming back! |

Room was large and comfortable, air conditioning was quiet. Breakfast met our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. The main dining room was cheerless with cold decor and sombre background music. |

The hotel was conveniently situated; most places of interest were within walking distance as were many shops and alternative restaurants. More people might be attracted to the hotel if there were more "deals." For instance, if visitors staying four nights or more were offered a free night, and if breakfasts were also free after a prolonged stay. This would probably help to attract more visitors to Quebec City, especially during the present downturn in the economy. |

Location, cleanliness. The food at the attached Bistro could only be described as disgusting. As a result we decided not to risk eating at the hotel restaurant which we assumed shared kitchens. I suggest you're losing revenue as a result. |
