Mansfield Park Bed and Breakfast  

Good price, pleasant set-up, owner is knowledgeable about non-gluten foods (I am celiac).

We enjoyed the hospitality and the home cooked breakfasts. The hosts know the area well and can suggest many things to do such as hiking on the nearby trails.

Very nice, quiet, serene countryside. A very friendly hostess, clean rooms. Nice healthy breakfast. Forest, walking trails nearby.

The view is breathtaking, the hostess so welcoming and charming. The room was comfortable, clean, well decorated, with a private bathroom. The balcony offered a view of rolling hills and valley. I sat on the swing chair, taking it all in. Sheila, the hostess invited me to make use of the BBQ and the pool. Unfortunately, I was fasting that day, so I could not partake of the breakfast but I am sure that it would have included homemade bread, etc. I will definitely return!

Great get away for some good rest and relaxation and peace and quiet. Great staff and beautiful facilities. Well worth the visit! Great location to recline from the busy city life. I feel rejuvenated and spiritually recovered after visiting this blessed business!

Loved the privacy of the queen suite and its great verandah with comfy seating overlooking the garden. Enjoyed the small aboveground pool on a hot day. Great breezes, lovely views, nice strolling through the back yard into the woods. Very relaxing. And there are pets that are great to pet if you want to pet them, but otherwise standoffish. Breakfast made with gluten-free options -- very tasty!

The Google map generated by the address leads you to a bad road that doesn't get you there approaching the b and b from the south. It trails off into a sandy, impassable steep logging trail. You have to continue north on Airport Road past the Airport Burger restaurant intersection and go 3 km to the turnoff to the ski hill. There's a flashing light on the highway - turn right there and go east about a kilometre until the road veers to the south again. Continue up the hill and you'll come to the b and B.

Shiela was very friendly and accommodating. She knew the local area and could recommend a variety of places for dining and sightseeing. My purpose was to hike the Bruce Trail so the location was perfect.

I am allergic to cats and was surprised to find two cats and three dogs in the home; however, the animals were well-behaved and quiet, but it certainly irritated my allergies.

Very nice surroundings. Very peaceful. Breakfast was lovely. The couple made us feel right at home. Don't use GPS for directions. Call ahead.

the location is a bit of a problem. And If you are looking for an hotel with all the bells and whistles it is not the case.

No TV, no bedroom housekeeping. Had to share bathroom.

Host and hostess were friendly, welcoming and informative. Small outdoor pool, jacuzzi and fridge in room (queen suite). Toiletries provided are good quality and unusually extensive - included sunscreen and a small first aid kit! Breakfast is homemade, tasty and substantial. Not luxurious but comfortable and very quiet. Easy drive to Creemore and Wasaga Beach.

The directions on the website are wrong. Also, they don't accept debit or credit - cash or cheque only.
