Location, price, comfortable - I disagree that the matrices are hard as some other reviewers pointed out. The parking lot arrangement - the parking lot is managed separately from the hotel. The person working there doesn't speak English and doesn't seem reliable. One of the nights there were no spots available (its a small lot for that size hotel) and we had to park outside in a near parking lot.

We liked the price and the location. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the hot and cold buffet. Desk staff tried to be very helpful. We liked that we could walk to many of the things that we were doing. A very good Thai restaurant was recommended a few buildings from the hotel and it was most enjoyable.

Desk clerk was too busy to help me when I called down. I received an answer but she was very abrupt. Hotel parking was full so I had to use the outdoor parking - in which case my car was broken into.

The pool was nice. Parking was inexpensive. Was an ok hotel, but should have been cheaper for what it was. For what we ended up paying, could have stayed in a better place. Parking should be included.

Location Price I originally reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights.I later cancelled 1 room and modified the other to 2 nights.I tried to changed the room that I modified to 2 nights back to 3 nights on booking.com but I could Not.I called the hotel and they had me reserve 1 room for 1 night and told me to keep the modified room (2 night). When I arrived at hotel, they only had my original reservations (2 rooms for 3 nights) I disclosed all of the information to the hotel staff and was assured That I would only be charged for 1 room for 3 nights. They even had me pay right then and there on the first night. Now I have been notified that I was a "no show" and the hotel charged me for one of the reservations.

When I first arrived, I was surprised to hear that our room had been upgraded (our room was supposed to be on a lower floor and a queen) to a king size bed on the 11th floor (which is in the executive levels). I was more than ecstatic, and the view was gorgeous. The room was also very clean, as was the bathroom. The pool is a little on the small side, but was good for our purposes of doing laps to stretch out our sore leg muscles. Also, be aware that the access code for the internet changes everyday, so you need to call down for it. I wish the darkening curtains didn't have a huge gap in them that defeated the purpose for those of us that like to sleep in while on vacation. Also, it would be nice to list the times that the pool and fitness center were open until.

It was in a good location It wasn't what I was expecting for the price I paid. I thought If I paid a little more than some other places I would be a better room that wasn't missing a remote or had a giant loose screw holding a door handle on to the closet. The sink was mostly clogged and when you ran the water it would fill up. The beds weren't very comfortable. All in all next time I will either stay at a cheaper hotel and get the same results or I will spend little more and get a way better room

Although this hotel wasn't very modern, it was clean and well maintained. The best part is the location-it is a few easy blocks from Rue Crescent for nightlife and Rue Ste Catherine for shopping and food. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfortable, though not huge. There was an actual deep bathtub which was nice for relaxing. We had a great view from our room. Also, the windows opened-not wide enough to climb out or anything but enough to get fresh air. Huge giftshop with decent prices. ATM on premises which made it easy to get Canadian money. Had to pay for parking-but it was less expensive than most Montreal hotels and it was secure and underground. Great hotel for the money. I can't wait to go back to Montreal!! The bathroom was very tiny and had no ventilation fan so it was claustrophobic while showering and everything was damp and foggy. Only two sets of towels for four people too! The restaurant on site was super expensive, so we didn't eat there but we wanted to try local places anyway. Over all, no major complaints!

Very close to the Bell Centre (sporting event there was the basis of my trip). Close to good restaurants and underground city. Very friendly staff. Convenient parking. Wish there was a hot tub to go along with the pool. Booked executive room which said it included bathrobes, and there was only one in the room (booked for 2 people), was expecting two.

It was a great location, very close to Bell Center, shopping and great places to eat. We only had to take our car on one occasion, other than that we could walk everywhere. The staff were very helpful, the pool was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The price was very reasonable for the location. I would say that the only things that I didn't like were that a fridge wasn't in the room unless requested and it took awhile to get hot water on our last morning there. Other than that, there isn't anything negative I can say about the hotel.
