1. Perfect location 2. Affordable 3. Warm and cosy
1. Noisy neighbours 2. A kettle in the kitchen would have been useful
Good amenities and right in village.
The fridge was old so very loud when running. Bath tub sink didnt drain properly. Hot tub was broken at the time we were there.
We visited mid November. Got the apartment at a great price. Location great, apartment great for two. Had a pull down bed which was comfortable.
The only things I can fault - the fridge/freezer was very noisy at night. My partner slept through it but not so lucky myself. - wanted to dispose of rubbish and recycling during our stay but the door to the garbage area in the basement was locked. Need a recycle bin in the apartment.
The price, the hearth, the wifi/TV/DVD player, kitchen equipment were all good. Excellent underground parking.
Quite small. Bunch of rules and signing over your life at the start. Furniture is functional but not luxury quality. Sheets were torn, bed is small (not my definition of King Size which the description said). A lot of square feet are wasted in walk in cupboards and balcony. Check in is a long way away.
Easy yet secure access very reasonable price so good value for money
Uncomfortable bed limited kitchen inclusions
Location Kitchen facilities Clean
Suite was well equipped Friendly and helpful check in staff Good location about 10 mins to lifts Good WiFi signal Underground parking with key fob Bike wash
Some parts of the room looking tired Check in was a bit of a hassle located at another hotel
location, price, balcony, quiet (except for fridge!), secured floors, free parking
loud fridge, no toaster, chips on walls, torn bedskirt, uncomfortable sofa bed to sit on, TV in living room - the remote must have a short - when changing channels the volume went either up or down
Easy walking distance to main village, activities and hiking paths Right next to grocery store, pharmacy and other facilities Indoor Parking included - very convenient for loading and unloading Separate bedroom and open space kitchen dining and living room. Quite spacious and well laid out. You need to 54 is an end unit with in room washer dryer.
Balcony quite small, could be noisy.
great facilities and everything you needed was nearby. Quick walk up to the ski lifts and the quieter end of town suited us.
there were no microwave cooking appliances and a few more basic cutlery and kitchen equipment would have been suitable.
There was no bedroom with a bed. Murphy beds and sofa beds.....ick!
The refrigerator made such a racket was obviously on its last legs, also not having the booking office on site was annoying.
Location was great short walking distance to everything such as shops, restaurants and peak to peak mountain gondola ride . Guests had own parking lot which was great
Check in is not in the same building there is a 1km drive where you actually stay. We booked months in advanced and paid for our room which included a laundry which we wanted as we were coming from a week stay in Vancouver and wanted to do heaps of washing, only to find that we were given another room no laundry and the inconvenience of having to now wash elsewhere. Bed was a pull down from the wall and very uncomfortable. Key would not fit door so it was frustrating that you had to drive all the way back to the other building to get problem resolved
Excellent service; convenient location; squeaky clean; very quiet; partial view of Whistler; well-equipped kitchen; TV; free phone calls (although in-coming calls didn't work); free wi-fi (although a solar flare knocked out internet service); lots of towels; free parking in basement with elevator nearby.
Inconvenience of broken door lock upon check-in to original unit; uncomfortable sofa-bed; very crowded with 2 beds extended; inability to communicate with friends in nearby condo; incomplete weather forecasts for Whistler area; unavoidable shower water leaks onto b.r. floor; no strainers on b.r. drains (lost a lotion cap); broken b.r. sink faucet handle; cracked colander in kitchen, inoperable can opener; having to use the door key to use the elevator.
The location, period!
The unit was a dated, unclean, disappointment. The towels and linens were grey in colour, and the supplies ( toilet paper, dishwashing soap, hand soap, etc ) were sadly lacking. I definitely would not recommend unit 247 to anyone.
Next to the city Centre clean and possibilities for laundry in the same building quiet
Everything was adequate for most needs. Convenient to car & shops etc. Entry set up with fob & convenience of garage......Decent rent. Really helps when going solo!
No window screens...could not get decent air flow...Large table for 4 in a studio suite? Totally blocked sliding door to deck-so not useable. Walls were quite shabby looking with chunks out at all corners. Persons across from my balcony came in loud & drunk one eve at 2:15 am...
Close to the village and the supermarket. The property was secure.
The noise from outside on Saturday night although it did not prevent us sleeping. The pull down bed had broken legs which really need repairing.
The location and design of the condos is fine. However, the entire building needs to overhauled.
Very compact and laundry facilities :)
Too much noise from coffee shopbeneath during t5am chair and table set up!
modern decor, location, security kitchen
Mattress on bed was uncomfortable,
Location was spot on for all the events and ease of getting to the shuttle in the morning, everything necessary was available in the kitchen, the hot tub was nice
Very loud in the parking lot- people sounded like they were having screaming contests in the early morning when we were trying to sleep, some of the kitchen pans and knives looked very old- broke on us sometimes but we could put back together, no air conditioning so we had to leave the windows open and no screens to shut out mosquitos so luckily there werent any.
The room was clean and well stocked with what we needed. I appreciated the free wifi and cable package. There were enough towels to last our five days. Liked the close proximity to the grocery store.
The couch was uncomfortable as I guess it was also a hideabed. Someone entered our room one day when we were not there and left a frying pan on the counter. I was not aware staff/owners could come in without warning considering there was no daily housekeeping. No basics like salt/pepper/sugar.
Beautiful and roomy. We will come back. Convenient location, really just like a home away from home. The pull out bed was surprisingly comfortable. We couldn't have been much happier with the room.
The front desk was across the village- a fifteen minute walk so check in and out were, ridiculously confusing and complicated. It was dismal as a first time visitor, to realize that after finally locating the lodge, that we had to then look for another hotel across town.
Great location, well-equipped, reasonable cost & welcoming appearance.
Not very well ventilated especially the bedroom and on closer inspection appeared a little rundown (paintjob, light fixture etc.). The foam on top of mattress in bedroom not comfortable & pullout couch bed in living room seemed warped as it was difficult to make up.
