Very confusing to check in and pay bills. Nobody wanted to take resonsiblity for anything because it was through Booking.com. Very noisy.

I was disappointed how we had to get our keys from the Aspen Lodge and I was also told to return them back to that hotel. Also on the Friday night I stood outside of the Marketplace Lodge, could not get in with my key account the outside door was not working. I tried calling and could not get in touch with anyone for a good 15 minutes. The only way myself and another couple got into the hotel was someone was coming out, Very frustrating.

My accomodation was excellent. The reception staff were not helpful and in one instance on 06/10, was quite rude in relation to checking out at another location. It was not clear when booking that I would have to check in and out at another location. Very annoying with heavy bags and while on foot
