I like the view from the giant picture window it was very pretty at night I did not care for the bathroom. it was not up to date and the water in the sink did not go down also the shower head kept falling off . |

We were not able to watch a video in the room. They had a look at it but did not fix the problem. Also, someone bang at our door at 6:00 in the morning and really insist to come in. What a disappointment when you had planned to sleep in for the first time in 12 months!!! No security in the lobby to check who come in the elevator. We were very disappointed by the hotel. We had the feeling from the staff: Ho well, we are sorry but nothing we can do about it! For the price we paid and for a 4* hotel, this is inacceptable! |

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very nice and clean,great veiw from curved windows Had room near elevator and could hear the bell all the time, maybe you could eliminate that or change it to some other sound or light, no other complaint very nice place |

Location was very convenient, the design of the hotel was very luxurious, everything was very well taken care of. Staff was friendly. Booking.com doesnt show any taxes and fees in the rate. when you get your bill, you are a bit shocked from the overall price. The rooms were rather small, but thats understandable because the building itself is small, yet it has 35 floors. |

The view was pretty nice -- I took the recommendation of one of the other reviewers and opted for a higher one. The staff was also nice. : ) It was weird that there was nothing to play music from in the room. A friend and I had taken the room to get away for a night and we found it a bit strange to have either complete silence or the TV on. Also, the neighbour kept slamming the door. The decor was a little out-dated. Everything was floral, and the TV was an older model. |

Dès l'arrivée, le chasseur était très sympathique et le service de valet rapide et efficace. Personnel de la réception très courtois et professionel qui répond à nos besoin sans problème. Femme de chambre vraiment gentille, toujours un petit bonjour qui n'as pas l'air forcé du tout.En résumé, hotel, et surtout personnel, au delà de mes attentes. |

Trés calme bien qu'en centre ville.Trés bien organisé, pas d'attente, chic informel, personnel non pesant mais trés attentif. Le personnel de chambre n'a pas le moyen de savoir si vous étes dans la chambre (sauf mettre le panneau privacy soi-même à l'extérieur) et doit ouvrir la porte pour savoir. |

La ubicacion con acceso facil a la ciudad vieja y los negocios Al momento de hacer la reserva pedi que uno de los cuartos dobles fuera triple ya que viajaba con tres de mis hijos.No me respondieron y al momento de alojarnos nos dijeron que no tenian la opcion de poner una cama adicional. |

La proximite, le confort des lits , les chambres sont confortables . La facturation a ete problematique lors du payement de la chambre .Le cadran etait defectueux dans la chambre 3017 , il prenait de l,avance ce qui m,a fait leve 2 heures avant mon temps alors que ce week end etait dedié à me reposer sans nos enfants , ce fut le probleme de mon week end . |
