Score from 322 reviews Very good
In the Business District, only moments from the Bell Centre event venue, this hotel in downtown Montreal offers comfortable guest rooms and convenient amenities.
Score from 1089 reviews Good
Overall a very nice hotel with a very central and convenient location. Right beside the Bell Centre and 2 blocks from St Catherines St.
Parking garage was a bit of a labyrinth and very pricey.
Advice on restaurants was great. Bis and Porto de Mar were excellent.
We loved the location Food was great in the area
We were a family of 7 and arrived late in the day so we were unable to have our rooms on the same floor near each other which was our only request at the time of the booking.
I didn't appreciate the sheets left in my room by the cleaning staff. Also, a two hour wait & confusion to get into a room that had been reserved five days prior. Front desk manager had an attitude .
I thought the room was nice, clean and great view of the city. The front desk lady was very nice as was the bar manager.
Check in was very long process... not good signage from hotel lobby back to the parking areas down below.
It was well located downtown and close to the train station for our next day's trip. Well run hotel, professional helpful staff.
We were late to book and paid over $400 per room (x2), which did not include breakfast. We knew this of course ahead of time but would do a better job of planning next time.
The staff Is hepful, the room and the bathroom are clean.
We book with booking.com, and we were disappointed, we didn't have what we book, and Impossible to change. We had to do with what they get you, next time I'll be more careful, and double check before leaving my country to visit a new place.
Low price proposal. Best location(on the metro station, near central station). Very comfortable room.... Everything was nice.
Location was great, amenities at the hotel are also good. Also, it has direct access to a metro station underground, so a huge plu.
Pretty dated decor, wi-fi cost extra.
Location location location. Walked everywhere. Old Montreal to the night life to Chinatown. Max 25 minute walk anywhere I went. Plus the hotel was clean and beds extremely comfortable. Very nice rooms
The lady helping at the front desk was very rude when I asked if an upgrade was available. I felt like I was not taken seriously sometimes because I was a 24 year old staying at one of the priciest hotels in montreal
The location is great!
Watch out for the underground valet parking lot of this hotel. I have a Honda pilot and the ceiling of the parking lot is a bit too low for my big suv that it scrached the top of my roof rack. I complained it to the valet parking but they said I should be responsible for it. I definitely will not go back to this hotel.
The room was very nice if somewhat dated. great view, small but well laid out room with nice king sized bed... well located in the area
based on a total price of over 300.00 for one night it was only a fair stay. Parking was unavailable for our suv and it had to be left on the street... no extras and bathtub was too small for me to relax in
Friendly staff Comfortable beds Perfect location - short walk to shopping and old montreal
Poor sound insulation - heard elevators and people in next room
Very comfortable bed and pillows; great view from the 20th floor overlooking the park; very clean; helpful bellhop; friendly check in staff.
Bathroom and shower too small; delayed check in because of late departing guest; having to log into WiFi every day.
Clean rooms, good space for girlfriends. Convenient to Bonadventure subway, just below building. Close to St. Catherines.
Location - prefer to stay closer to Old Port/Old Montreal. The pool was dirty and lockers need renovations. We didnt end up using, no hot tub.
Location, quality of rooms.
Staff were quite vague at times, managed to charge me twice!
The cleanliness of the hotel, the professionalism if the staffs. The convenient location.
Having had to pay for a pair of slippers. Lack of a pure existing electric water boiler in room ( I had to ask for one).
Excellent hotel. Staff very efficient, eager to help. Facilities were spotless and beautiful.
Couldn't say anything negative if I had to.
Rooms with curved windows overlooking Montreal offered excellent views of the city.
Convenient to train, bus and within walking distance of tourist attractions. Would highly recommend.
I liked the valet and bell boys for their service.
I didn't like the fact that I booked over a month in advance three rooms with a request for double beds, and got all three rooms with a King. When I called and asked if I could switch to a double room the next day of my stay, the reception said to come at 7 am and speak to the service manager. They wanted me to cut my night short, go to bed early so that I can wake up and speak to the service manager. Very bad experience overall.
I liked the floor plan of the room - the dressing/bathing area was separate from the sleeping/TV area. We were not falling over each other. I liked the fact the METRO was connected to the hotel --- convenient even when the weather was good.
How do you get from the train station with heavy bags - we were coming from Quebec City -- without taking a cab? And the cabbies are not thrilled about such a short ride.
Staff was so helpful. Location was convenient and we were able to walk to Mount Royal Park and Old Port. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in.
Everything was awesome
