Score from 410 reviews Very good
Convenience to Bell Centre/Montreal.
The staff is somfriendly
Can't think of anything
lots of staff to take care of you
for the price range,it was a little drab, like being in an old hotel
Location to Bell Center and restruants.
Very costly for drinks at hotel lounge.
Staff was outstanding extremely accommodating.
Parking accomodations difficult to navigate.
Staff were understanding and accomadating in regards to my unexpected early arrival. The view wasn't too bad:city lights at night were very nice. Assistance was never to hard to get. I love the fact that the hotel is connected to the subway.
The fact that I decided to stay for one day.
service and location were excellent
nothing all good
It was a hood location for the event we were there for. It was close to the shopping district and the subway .
The long wait for the elevators .
the service and the view
the kitchen has to open 24 hours for room delivery
From the check in staff, lovely young lady to the valet, everyone was so nice and welcoming. The room was wonderful. Shower pressure I wish I had in my own home. Will definately stay again.
Fabulous windows. Great view with sunset.
No creamers or sugar for coffee
Restaurant was very over priced
Close to via rail station..two block walk. Metro subway station at hotel. Short walk to the Bell Centre for Canadians game or concerts.
Room Service a little bit pricey
Access through Metro to places.
Room was cold until maintenance came up. No fridge for my meds.
Location Price Service
Needs a bit of a face lift. Carpets throughout are worn. Caution tape strung across lobby doors does not look good at all.
The attitude of staff on arrival. I used my credit card to book the hotel in advance, on arrival I was told that the same card was not accepted at this Marriott (although used at 5 other Marriott properties in the weeks prior). Staff advised me to pay cash - very unhelpful front desk.
I loved the location of the hotel and the view from my room.
The room and staff
The water pressure in the shower , cost of parking to stay at the hotel.
Condition of sidewalks in the blocks near the hotel and toward St. Catherine Street
All the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful, check in was seamless, room was clean, bed was comfortable, we were on the 21st floor the view was amazing, good location. I would definitely recommend as a great place to stay in Montreal....
There was really nothing that we didn't like.
Very close to Bell Centre for Habs game. Also walking distance to shopping, restaurants and easy to get to for driving. Staff very helpful. Clean and restaurant was good for buffet breakfast. We would return!
Everything was perfect.
Excellent location and staff were helpful and friendly
The hotel is rather tired looking and our room could use an overhaul. Bathroom amenities need to be bumped up a notch. Our room was very chilly - with heavy drafts around windows. They weren't any extra blankets in the room either. Also the local paper was not available for delivery to our room or at concierge desk.
Really warm and welcoming staff, authenticly so without the ingrained smiling through the teeth on many front desks. Location for onward rail commuting excellent. The immediate eating/drinking options felt a tad drab and corporate when turning right out of the hotel, but if going left there are some edgier dinners and streets with character.
The identical enfant twins from the shinning haunting the hallway...kidding, though the stunning building has that -Shinning' vibe within its vastness.
