the beds were comfortable; the bathroom was clean and pleasant; the availability of the extra bed was appreciated. the description of "american breakfast" was aggravating, as that was not available, but the resolution of the problem was good. the size of the pool was also a problem, as it was described as good for a small child who couldn't swim, but it certainly wasn't that! there was no shallow end at all for a non-swimmer to enjoy... |

Zeer comfortabele kamers. Hotel met luxe uitstraling en gunstig gelegen bij P. Trudeau airport te Montreal. Via booking 2 x gereserveerd voor 1 overnachting zowel bij aankomst op het vliegveld, als voorafgaand aan het vertrek. Bij inchek in beide gevallen was er een hoop onduidelijkheid het leek alsof men niet op de hoogte was van de reservering. Inceck duurde in beide gevallen ongeveer een half uur. |

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour la nuit précédant notre départ à Cuba. Nous étions six dont trois ados. et nous sommes arrivées à l'hôtel vers 10 heures. Le personnel de l'hôtel a été très courtois et attentionné.De plus njoua vons pu profité de deux lits d'appoint et d ela navette jusqu'à l'aéroport. Je recommanderai très certainement cet hôtel à mes amis qui partent en vacances. |

Comme il est impossible de modifier une réservation sur booking.com (durée du séjour par ex), j'ai dû annuler ma réservation et en refaire une nouvelle immédiatement. Du coup, cela a prêté à confusion et l'hôtel a annule ma reservation. Le voyageur a dû parlementer une heure. |
