Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa    

I did not like the attitude in my room there was no water for drinking and they said if u use water u have to pay for this and they didn't serve us breakfast and major issue was the parking.

1. Probably the best view possible of the Falls, day or night. Magnificent! 2. Room and commons areas within the hotel well above average. 3. Marriot personnel from the men parking the cars, to the reception clerks, to the ladies on the travel desk were very accommodating. Above and beyond. Even our day trip bus driver, who I think was connected to the Marriot, went out of his way to make our tour pleasurable.

1. Clothing closet in room was small and difficult to access. 2. Meal costs in the dinning room seemed a bit high for what was served. Recently stayed at the Ritz Carlton, Pentagon City, VA. Better tasting food at about 75% the cost. I was perplexed? 3. There was one particular reception desk clerk that had a bit of an “Attitude”, but that was 1 of 16 employees with whom I had come into contact - not bad Marriot.

Great view overlooking Niagara Falls

The hotel was close to the Falls observation deck. We were celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary - the gentleman at front desk provided us with chocolates to congratulate us. Nice touch.

The hotel was close to observation deck of falls, however, the walkway was closed, so we had to take long route. Thankfully it was a beautiful day. The room was very dated, from the 80s. They upsold us to have a fireplace, it was awkward location, the light did not work in bathroom and no ear plugs. We did not get the key for mini bar. We paid for $25 valet parking, worth it to have it available for coming in and out. Service was mediocre.

complimentary teas and coffee in the room should be improved, simply not enough and please replace the paper cups :( with china ones.

Staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was quite nice with a great view of the falls.

Value. While the room was very nice, it was a little pricier than we felt it should be. The nickel-and-diming also really hurt. $10 for in- room Internet (most places provide for free these days)? $7 for a $1 bottle of water? I was almost afraid to open the bar of soap.

The view from hotel must be one of the best in the world and the room was superb. The staff were all very helpful, top marks for Tony who delivered our breakfast on our first morning

The view was excellent and the in room spa also had a view of the Falls. Very nice.

Magnificent views from the lobby, our bedroom, and the jacuzzi in our room! Staff were cordial and knowledgeable.

We stayed on the 9th floor, where we passed soiled wine glasses left in the hallway over 24 hrs. And a cleaning rag left in the hallway during our 2-day stay.

staying in this hotel is a lovely experience. location is great, rooms and facilities are excellent. Breakfast menue is fine. Internet (paid) is ok.

The $25.00 a day parking fee. First day had to wait 45 minutes for the car to come. Second day was 20 minutes.. It was also a long walk down to the falls with all the alternative pathways closed.

The falls view was excellent. The employee were so nice.

The water of the swiming pool was not fresh and clear. The parking fee.
