We went at the coldest week in 100 years, so every now and then the room got a little chilly. But if it was just "chilly" on our stay I assume it would be more than fine for everyone else.
Also, a big possible negative, they are building an appartment complex next door, on a few days woken at 7.30am by drilling. Can only imagine this will get worse. Many of the walls had cracks in (assuming from the construction) which made us a little nervous.
Host made sure breakfast was always ready when you woke up, cereal, muffins, donuts, bagels, toast. Along with a selection of juice, Coffee and tea. Mostly available all through the day as well.
Location is *amazing*, Just of the main Yonge street and actually on the corner of Church Street and 60 second walk away from the gay village.
