The staff were wonderful and the location was good.

The one bedroom suite I was in had wallpaper in the bathroom that was all pulled away from the wall and unstuck. It needed some major refurbishing. I wasn't pleased to spend $179 on a room that was so obviously in need of upgrading.

The restaurant was lovely

Staff were semi friendly. Not out going. Room was very very small. Interior of room was updated hall and entrance not so much. Room was clean and cleaning staff were very friendly.

The location is great in very close proximity to Yonge St and shopping. The price was very good which is the only reason we liked the hotel .

The hotel is undergoing major construction. We were not able to park at the hotel, some floors were undergoing repairs too. Our room was very old and small. It was clean and the bed was comfy but it felt like a grandma's house. They also charged us extra $8/day for wifi and 2 bottles of water which we were not happy about

TV small and not HD Was disappointed that my chip card did not swipe so I was put through the $100 deposit and a room check.

Location & staff

Everything was so old. They need to do a complete renovation bc their room facilities are not very attractive. Tv was one of those old no box tvs

location was good and central, easy walk to most places in downtown south Toronto.

Lobby and main floor areas were fine. We stayed on 11th floor and our friends stayed on 17th floor. We all thought - small rooms, VERY dated, dirty carpet in rooms and hallways (the carpet by the window was wet), old TV, beds were double not queen size as expected - did not get a "clean" feeling, in general. Stayed in many hotels in Toronto, even some 3 stars were better than this. We stayed one night and paid $143, plus $24 more for parking - would not say good value for your money. Will not stay or recommend this hotel.

Very convenient to downtown and shopping, the beds and pillows were of excellent quality and the staff was friendly and helpful

very pricey, Tv was too small and not a lot of channels to watch, the price to order a movie in the room was ridiculous and I was charged a facility fee for each day I was there, that should already be included in the price I paid

The service

Staff was very professional and helpful. I had asked for a room with large window, and we got a corner room with two large windows.:)

Lobby furniture was a little shabby, although the lobby is very pretty. The bathroom in our room was a bit shabby, too.

The bed was very comfortable, and the linens and pillows were quite nice. The staff was courteous (Henry at the front desk was doing his best during a difficult rennovation period).

The carpet in the room was badly stained, and the dresser and desk were very old and somewhat beat up. I expected a bit more in a 'deluxe king' room.

Close to downtown. Walking distance to all good shopping

The lights wouldn't work, breakfast was too expensive, there was no DVD player, movies were too expensive, shower was always too hot and couldn't change it, I was treated poorly at the hemisphere

Very clean room, attractive and spacious lobby, comfortable bed. Everything totally adequate.

Their parking garage is experiencing renovations, and therefore closed until 6:00 pm each day. Then I had to pay for parking elsewhere until I could move my car into the hotel's garage, in the end, paying double for parking - $41. This upset me.
