Showers and lots of hot water and heaps of towels were excellent. Beds were comfortable Coffee/Tea supplies and machine were limited - better off with proper coffee machine or kettle. Smoking floor could be less smelly if upholstered items and carpets were removed and replaced with wood/bamboo furniture/ tiled floors, and venetian blinds in rooms. Or don't have a smoking floor. Smokers don't like the stale smell either !!!! |

Convenient location in the heart of the city. Friendly staff, efficient elevators nice to have Internet access.Well equiped bathroom. I did not expect to pay for Internet access/bottled water. Room was on the small side. |

The pool was a nice quiet retreat. Front staff was a bit abrupt when we asked about the possibility of an upgrade. Smiling deference is what customers prefer. |

Loved the view from the room and the location. The pool and hottub were shutdown for massive repairs. |

I would like to say that the front desk staff at this hotel were very kind and helpful. I had a problem with my car not starting when leaving the hotel and I commend the front Hotel for all their help with getting this problem resolved. They were excellent and added a little sense of humor to this situation which was greatly needed at the time. |

upon checkin received upgraded room (actually room upgrade to sweet Suite!!!). Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was best bed I have ever slept in (including those of the Westin), definately luxurious..wanted to take pillow home-was that good! Thick fluffy robes, high thread count sheets... You definately leave there feeling "spoiled". |

Great location: close (easy walking distance) to the AGO and to Chinatown, and adjacent to the subway and streetcars, and a good selection of public and private parking lots. Our room was clean and the window opened to fresh air and a great view of the CN Tower at night. The condition of the furnishings is declining gently: sagging mattress; prints slipping in the frames; dated bathroom; noisy ventilation fan. This isn't serious, but |

Location and helpful staff. Although the room was very comfortable, it was quite small for a luxury room. |

The staff was accomidating and polite. They answered all my questions and had my reservations in a timly manner. I wasn't a fan of the fire alarm at 730am, but I suppose that can't be helped. |

The Location of the Hotel was close to everything. Easy to get a cab. The early morning false fire alarm, out of bed down ten flights of stairs. |
