The room was very comfortable and relaxing also very clean, just the kind of comfort we were looking for on our time out together The only thing is the bathroom an use a makeover so couples can actually enjoy a shower together, the counter top is also not practical for women use.

At the check in, the individual checking me in could not work the credit card machine or set the key or otherwise make the check in happen. He ultimately got assistance from a co-worker.

Stayed at Met for 5 nights extremely safe quiet clean " luxury" room on 5th floor. Room amenities were excellent, fabulous rest ever on mattress/ linen's. Room decor was very pleasing and comfortable. Location location for downtown perfect. Water bottles provided daily. Staff excellent, value absolutely. Room was small but arranged well. Desk with 2 chairs, no frig? Let's upgrade those TV 's please though that was not a deal breaker for myself. Yes some of the restaurant chairs were tethered which doesn't affect a stay.

I liked the location The room looked nothing like the room on your site. There was no hotel parking, which made me very upset I was expecting $21 a day with in and out privledges. Instead I had to park at the public parking and spent a lot more money.

The location is good in downtown & very close to Dundas street, View from upper floors is beautiful. Rooms are good though need an upholstery updation esp carpet floors. Early check in 1.30pm when check in was at 3-not possible-frond desk Chinese fellow not v polite-asked for an upgrade-not allowed, credit card machine would not accept our card though it worked in all previous hotels, asked for kings bed instead of a queens -but request not acceded to. All in all-check in -very sorry experience-otherwise all stay was good.

Close to destination Pool was cold, hot tub not on, was on 16th floor, got Ice on 10th as 3 machines were unpluged and 2 were not working right. 14th floor under construction, 3rd floor as well. Dust alergys meant I walked around Toronto at 4AM trying to get rid of my headache. But hey, other than that it was great, right???

Proximity to everything That I had to pay 40 dollars in parking and didnt even get to park in the garage because it was being reno. I think its not fair that I had to pay 250 for my room and pay an extra 40 for parking. Rather upset with this. The rooms also looked old and ran down. Expected a little more for my money

Location is convenient. Your restaurant Lai Wah Heen is the best . I hosted a banquet there on Saturday, April 20. Service was excellent. Food was exquisite. The entrance to the underground parking is awful, especially at the gate. Is so happened that certain parking level was under repair on April 20, my guest were unable to park their cars there.

Friendly staff and very comfortable beds! I read previous reviews that said there were bed bugs in the hotel and believe me I did a very intense inspection of my room and absolutely none found! The restaurants were too expensive
