After booking the hotel I noticed thr reviews on trip advisor were really really bad.I called and emailed the hotel and they suggested we just come and judge for ourselves. I am so glad we did because everything was wonderful. Very clean rooms. Friendly attentive staff and a fabulous location.Decor was a little outdated in our room but all in all great value and would definetly stay again. Beds were exremely comfy. Just needs afew decorating updates. i.e. Bedskirts, drapes |

Location close to everything - City Hall, Chinatown, University, shopping etc. Cleanliness of rooms and comfort of bed was very good. Great bar with helpful staff. Off-street parking great for drive holiday. Underground parking was a bit tight - but at least it was off-street. |

The hotel is in a great location, perfect for shopping, eating out and attractions! there is a hop on/off tour bus that stops right outside that i would highly recommend. room was very comfortable with a large bed and tv with many stations. there was an iron and ironing board which was an excellent idea and the towels and bedding changed daily! we were charged $8 per person per day for 'facilities' and we did not use them at any time.we did attempt to use the pool the first night of our stay but it was closed and the hotel bar is quite expensive. |

We toured the CNN tower, took the Red Rocket city tour, Ate at some fine restaurants and walked and walked. Took in a play at the Prince of Wales theatre which was the "Sound of Music" and excellent. Our stay was short. Plumbing should be taken care of as soon as broken. The rugs should have been cleaned. There was no channel guide and TV's could be updated. |

That it was close to shopping and subway and restaurants. When I booked on line I thought the price was total. I was shocked that there was all these taxes even on room service. Also one day my room wasn't cleaned and I never got any compensation for it. I would like to have had a fridge as well. |

I liked the room a bit old style. It was just what I needed, not too big. I liked the desk facing the window with great view. Bed was confortable. |

The location is excellent and the rates good value. The pool facilities are pleasant. Over all good experience. Only one issue, we paid for hotel parking, but on one occassion the car park was full and we were directed by the doorman another adjacent car park. We were assured our parking ticket would be validated, paid by the hotel, however this was not the case when the ticket was presented. The front desk person on this ocassion was off hand and rude. |

great towels, nice view from 24th floor (rm 2405). Front desk trainee Carla was very good. blue rooms need serious interior design update 3(dated). Also, feather pillows--would like a spare set of hypoallergenic pillows in closet. |

The hotel was very comfortable and very central. We enjoyed our stay very much. We stayed for two nights in a standard room and on our return visit for the falls for a further two nights the reception staff give us an upgrade to a seperior room which we very much appreciated. |

for the price we pay, i think its a good hotel with good location. restaurants/cafes are around the corner. 5 -10 mins walk to Yonge st. Close to metro station. no breakfast incl so cant comment on that. And since we dont spend much time in the hotel, its just a great place to rest. we had a room with gr8t view of the CN tower. they gave us a room for disable so it did not have a bar on the door ( so ppl with wheelchair can easily access) thus we cld hear ppl talking in the corridor. we didnt complain coz was there for 3 nights only. room is abit outdated however look clean. Carpet however no comment. |

Handy to the city and close to the airport. Friendly staff. Fantastic chinese restaurant and breakfast. There were holes in the lineing of the curtains which did not close all the way. The dusting and vacuuming of the room was far below exptectations. Lift bells could be quieter during the night. |
