Metropolitan Hotel Vancouver  

Location was great. The staff was the only thing that made the stay feel 5 star. The concierge lady was wonderful. Gave us great directions to where we wanted to go.

Did not feel the hotel lived up to the hype I perceived from the website. Most everything was overpriced and the food was terrible.

The staff at the Met are very well trained and attentive to your every need. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food at the Diva is gourmet. The Canada Line from the airport takes you almost to its door. The Pacific Centre Mall is directly across the street. The art gallery is a few steps away. There are numerous restaurants in the area from gourmet to Tim Hortons. Spacious bathroom with lighted mirror for makeup application. Bedding is high quality. Pillow selection is good.

No view. Lighting is too low. TV was too small.

Excellent location and good value compared to similar hotels locally.

Bed was a bit firm.

Had a nice visit. Our dining experience in the Diva Restaurant was very good. Hat off to the chef and serving staff. The breakfast was a little disappointing especially the $19.00 price. That is too high. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. George Scott

Quiet, nice room and very comfortable bed.

We found the front desk staff to be curt and almost rude, When we checked out, the desk clerk did not even look at us and she did not thank us for staying. The hotel charges over $40 a day to park in the hotel parkade. This is more than parking costs in SanFrancisco. When asked if we could get it for a discount or free the desk clerk replied in a derogitory manner "no that is because you booked through booking.com"

Clean, convenient with a very competent staff. Best value for the money in Vancouver.

No gift shop for sundries. Food is a bit expensive. Good, but expensive.

The concierge staff, front desk and bellboys were always surprising us about the superb, knowledgeable and friendly service. The price was fare for the quality and location of the hotel. We highly recommend it.

The room was perfect; bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Very nice set-up for work and travel. Loved the fact there was a full bath and shower. Good internet connection and nice to have iron and ironing board in the room. I did miss having a refrigerator.

The staff were awesome, we felt important and welcome by everyone, especially Natasha (I think that's her name) the concierge.

Great location, right in downtown and within walking distance to major shopping areas, attraction pickup points, skyline trains. The hotel's got everything you might need handy, and i also liked the spacious bathroom.
