Food and drink onsite. Front desk very helpful with the "where and whats" Had to use a travel web site to get a good price on the room. Tried the hotels site and the price was much higher. |

Location was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and the facilities in the room were great. I enjoyed the gym. I thought I would receive free water in my room - this was not the case. The prices of drinks in the private bar was outrageous |

I really liked the hospitality as soon as I arrived. My taxi door was opened and my bags we carried to the check in area. The room was fabulous, asthetically pleasing and the toilettries were of high standards, which was much appreciated since I had forgotten mine. The service and food at the hotels restaurant "The Met" was wonderful. Compliments to the chef. The conceriege was also helpful in finding info on requested site seeing. |

The reception was very good and the room, lovely. It is very close to everything in the downtown area and despite the surrounding construction zones, it was clean, quiet and easy to move around the scaffolding etc. My only concern is that the valet parking was very costly and the parking staff had difficulty finding the trunk & trunk release of the car as well as opening the trunk. I'd have preferred to simply park it myself for a more reasonable fee. |

The location of the hotel was great! It is within walking distance to 2 sky trains' stations, including the line that connects directly to the airport. The bell service was awful, 3 of them just looked at me and smiled while I was carrying 2 of my luggages.. They showed me where the ramp to the hotel was and didn't offer to help. I guess they dont get paid to assist guests with their bags nor do they want to earn any tips. |

From the point of entry all staff were polite, efficient and most helpful. The room/ensuite was of a high standard and very comfortable. We stayed twice within 4 weeks at the beginning and end of our trip to the Rockies. During our first visit we were aware of some noise from the construction work taking place next door and requested a quieter room for our return. This was duly arranged. The hotel is well placed for Stanley Park and the shopping districtWe enjoyed our stay. The use of Coffeemate and a wooden stick (spoon) alongside the excellent complimentary coffee seemed out of keeping with the high standards of the hotel. |

The hotel was very conveniently located for all types of activities. There was easy accessibility to both public transit and driving options. It was a little odd to have the cleaning staff knocking my door at 8am to clean the rooms. Usually privacy notices are for mid-late afternoon. |

The location was excellent. We took the SkyTrain from the airport and were 2 blocks from the hotel. Very convenient. Lots of shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. Seawall and Stanley Park nearby, also. I was concerned about noise from all the construction, but it wasn't a problem. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with nice large towels. It might sound strange, but we also had the best oatmeal at the hotel restaurant, Diva. At least we can start our day out on a healthy note & have something very tasty too. |

We were given an upgrade to a Penthouse Suite on our Honeymoon which was a wonderful room and left a good impression of the hotel. Also, the hotel provided complimentary internet access to guests for the 1st 15 minutes which was appreciated. |

Hotel charged an aproximate $9 add on that was explained when questioned to be for hotel services like internet/phone calls/ use of gym. As most hotels include these services it made their price higher than expected. |

Service was prompt and friendly. Rooms were nice and looked like the pictures. Everything was smaller than expected, but that did not affect my stay. Hotel safe did not work properly, so do not use. It resets itself automatically and you will need to have it opened for you. Internet not free and parking is expensive. |

All of the staff were very helpful and obliging, the various concierge's were all extremely helpful and made sure you got whatever information you required. The room was always very clean and looked after and the hotel facilities were excellent. Overall a very satisfactory stay. |

My wife and I spent three nights here at the start of our recent holiday in Canada. The hotel is in a great location close to most of the top city attractions. The room, staff and facilities were all top class. However, the real highlight is the Diva restaurant for dinner - one of the finest dining experiences anywhere. |
