Everything you can expect from a luxurous city hotel!Perfect! For sure till the end of 2008 a lot of noice because constructionworks just beside the hotel. You have to book a room at the right site of the hotel! |

Room was a good size and very comfortable. In a good location, near to all the main tourist areas so we walked pretty much everywhere. I did like this hotel overall and would use it again. We were not made aware of major construction next door when we booked. We booked very close to when we traveled so should have been informed. The hotel has put a letter of apology in your room, but by then its too late!! This is major building work which is going on, and will be going on for a long time still and people need to be aware so they can make an informed choice. |

Very central As at Sept 08, there are major building works going on in the building next door- work starts at 7.30am during the week and is very noisy. There is a letter in the room from hotel management apologising for htis noise, but it would have been good to know about it beforehand. |

Location, Good Rooms, Good Lifts. Lived up to our expectations. Our son and his wife had stayed there and recommended it. Food good but prices quite expensive. However lots of alternative, more reasonably priced, good restaurants in the area. |

My room and the extra services that the staff did. Like at night, they would put on my pillow the temperature for the night and the next day with a bottle of water free of charge.... Can you say wow!!!!!!! Not at all, everything was outstanding. The staff are always smiling..... ;-) |
