Inability to access food on arrival in the evening or breakfast (despite being told by two different members of staff that breakfast was served 8-11am!)

Clean, staffs friendly,cheap,in a walking distance to falls.

rooms were clean and comfortable. staff was great well done every one

We enjoyed the quietness of the inn, which made our stay much more pleasing and relaxing (except the sauna is dry). Dated decor aside, it is a clean, peaceful atmosphere one minute away from Bird Kingdom.

The lack of a fridge and non-complimentary water was a real kick in the nuts, Michael.

The staff at Michaels Inn were extremely courteous and helpful, and made our stay pleasant. The pool and whirlpool were an added bonus. I loved that the Inn is close enough to walk to all the attractions but far enough away that at the end if the night the hustle and bustle of the strip was not an issue for relaxation.

I felt that they could definitely use some modern touches, to update the rooms ie bedding and tub surrounds, and a few cute bistro sets in the pool area would go a long way to update the aging Inn

I booked four rooms for four people but they screwed up the billing to the correct credit cards.

This is a jewel of a motel. Convenient to the Falls and other attractions. The rooms are comfortable and are as good or better than rooms I've paid a lot more for. Nice clean pool and hot tub. Great price. We stay here whenever we travel to Canada.

The location & price were very good

The building is very run-down, many areas need repairs or updates. Also, 20-30 minutes before checkout, housekeeping staff stood outside of our room with arms folded, waiting for us to leave. Very rude.

Wifi was not stable, issue with accepting visa electron debit card, as a result I paid cash

- Charge for bottle of water in room - dated room furniture - better variety of meals in breakfast buffet (sausages, more fruits etc.) - extra charge for tea and coffee in breakfast buffet

my sister and I enjoyed our wk end, and would definitely come again we really only slept there, and then were out and about the rest of the time very convenient location

Large pool and hot tub close to falls

$3.75 cent water bottles in room. They should have a water bottle machine in lobby. - YOUNG PEOPLE PARTYING IN HALLWAY. - NO COUPONS FOR FREE STAY AFTER A NUMBER OF VISITS LIKE OTHER HOTELS.

Walking distance to the Falls. restaurants and shopping.also swimming pool.

Having to climb stairs to parking lot/

it is old but very clean , not a big verture at the Falls hotels

from the hotel point of view this place is good

just a suggestion .just charged $10 more for the room and give a free breakfast for a summer and see if it make any different inflow of customers

The room was a nice size, clean linens & working equipment. Didn't hear other guests & felt safe. Short, scenic walk to everywhere. Lovely view of river across the street

The hotel is old & needs a serious renovation. Charges for parking at this time of year seemed unnecessary, but we were made aware of them

Very central,close to waterfalls,cheap and clean hotel with very helpfull staff.WiFi avalaible and parking too.

Outside and lobby needs some serious updating, didn't like having to pay for parking.breakfast buffet for $8.99 and doesn't include coffee? Come on.

Terrible outdated rooms.Very cheap uncomfortable mattresses with the springs sticking out. Torn drapery. Felt like they stuck us in a crappy room because we booked on the internet. we asked for another room, they said none available, yet the place was basically empty.
