Michael's Inn Fallsview Hotel  

The michael inn, lived up to our expectations. A good hotel, it was near the sights which niagara had to offer, good pool, excellent breakfast not over priced..overall we enjoyed our stay in a very reasonably priced inn. Thank you.

The staff was very helpful in any questions we had as to where something was located. The housekeeping staff was amazing. They went out of their way to ask if we needed our room cleaned when we forgot to put our "make up room" sign. They always stocked us up fully of supplies. Very generous!!

There were 3 things I did not like. First was the fact their ice machine was broken on both floors. We were still able to get ice, just had to have someone from the bar get it for us. Second, their dining room always closed early. I tried going down around 4:30pm and it had already closed. So, I always had to go out for dinner. Lastly, when I checked out, I only got a receipt of what my room cost. They did not give me a break down of the cost.

We could see the falls - very nice. Walking distance to American falls and then to Canadian falls. Away from the usual tourist traps of Niagara falls but close enough to all the great eateries and parks. Beautiful antique furnitures

Old. The ceilings are peeling. Musty odor mingled with chlorine smell from the swimming pool. Air conditioner very loud. If you switch it off, even with the windows open, very hot and humid. When we checked in, the staff wont even smile, when checking out, the person at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Not worth the nightly rates charged.

Comfortable, warm. Good views of Niagara from balcony. Warm indoor pool. Short walk to attractions Well priced.

Great location along the Falls, a little bit further from the main area which was fine for us as it is a bit quieter. But it is within a short walk to the Horeshoe. We got a free upgrade to a suite room which was nice :) Also Ron at the front desk was extremely friendly and gave us a lift to the bus stop as he was finishing up his shift. Thanks a million Ron! I hope you do make it to Australia one day to visit your relatives :)

Michaels Inn is just a great medium sized hotel/Inn with possibly the best location in Niagara. The staff were just great and helpfull. The hotel was clean, the pool was clean and warm, the spa bath was warm and clean and the Sauna was just great. The price/value ratio is just great. I had a good view over the American falls from my balcony. I highly recommend Michaels Inn for everyone. It is directly on the falls, 200m from the Casino and the main tourist spot but is also quiet at all times. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Nothing bad to stay and i will be going back for sure.

This hotel is a bit dated but was spotlessl;y clean. The staff was pleasant and location was excellent. Great valve for that weekend away. H&t
