Score from 49 reviews Very good
This Mississauga, Ontario hotel is just a 12 minute drive from Pearson International Airport. It offers a free airport shuttle service and a daily breakfast.
Score from 143 reviews Good
Near the airport and the shuttle service works well
Wifi service was horrible. Business Center was even below subpar.
Airport Shuttle, quick to collect and returned on demand, less than ten minutes from airport. Helpful knowledgable Staff, lots of useful tips and advice Clean, tidy, air conditioned rooms Comfy bed, better than UK Premier Inn standard! Nice self service breakfast Excellent fast wifi/internet connection
Forgot to mention need to phone hotel from airport for shuttle. Only 10 minute delay. Location important to me but don't expect views (industrial) or surrounding facilities nearby. (15 minute walk)
Room was very good
The hotel nice and comfortable. The price was well worth it and I would stay there again.
To early check out time. 11am
Juice vending machine did not work Staff gave directions to the Bus stop to catch a bust to Kipling, not knowing that there are no buses on weekends to Kipling. Lost half an hour in the process. Staff informed that taxi to Kipling costs 15 Dollars. It was more like 25 Dollars. Did not know that we had to call to get a pick-up from airport. Required two expensive international calls from the airport before I got the cab.
the manager was very unpolite. When I made the reservations I specified I would be arriving at 1pm. It was not an obstacle when I made my reservation online but when I arrived, the manager told me I could not get a room until 2:30. I explained to him I needed to shower and change because I had a meeting downtown. His response was he didn't have any room available. On a Monday? really? I asked him to cancel my reservation and he said I needed to call Expedia hecause I made the reservations with them. I actually made the reservations with booking.com and they told me it wa up to the hotel manager and that he could cancel it. I went back to the hotel, explained what I was just told and asked to speak to the manager. The man at the front desk told me he was the manager. He hot into an argument and told me he never advised me to call the online people. I told him he did and was not telling the truth. He yelled at me and said; are you callng me a liar? I wanted to try the hotel to see if it was good enough to bring 20 people on a packageto the 'Canadian Salsa Congress', of course I wouldn't, in fact I'm telling everyone about my experience of having to change at a gas station and eventually enjoyed my stay at the more expensive but more ethical main hotel
Friendly and helpful staff. My room was very spacious with all modern amenities and a big flat screen tv.The bus stop across the road made it easy to get to the subway then downtown toronto. The hotel also provided free bus to the airport.
price was cheap and included free parking and free wifi (although the wifi was down 70% of the time)
wifi being down 70% of the time and cable tv was unwatchable as the feed was not clear throughout the stay.
The room wasn't terrible for the price it was reasonably clean
The staff wasn't very friendly seemed bothered when you asked a question. The hold stayed on my card for a week longer than they said it would and when I called to inquire about it I got told I had to send an email and never got a response and my bank had to force the release of the hold and the wifi did not work
LOCATION WAS GOOD FOR TRAVELLERS
BREAKFAST SPREAD SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER
the bath tub was't clean
The service was very good and the staff was helpful.
There no restaurant. The shuttle services was only for a person getting off a plane. I drove there and wanted to take the shuttle to pick up my company but was refused because I din't fly in.
They over charge me 2 times for one room The bed covers were dirty
They have a shuttle ($10 per person) to drop you at the airport or in our case, Downsview park for Riot Fest.
Rooms were not in the best shape. Toiletries were used and not replaced from the previous person. Hair all over towels and face cloths. Key card machine was not working so staff had to let you into your room with a master key.
comfy beds clean cheap
breakfast no gym no pool no lobby
The room bright & spacious. Bed very comfortable. The unlimited local phone call facility. One particular reception staff very friendly& greeted every morning. Free transport to & from hotel to airport.
Breakfast ending time too early. The staff member responsible for the breakfast room often appeared rude. Locking the door when guest are still eating inside. Hovering around staring as guest prepare their breakfast. Made guest feel uncomfortable at times. Housekeeping knock once then proceed to open the door, without waiting for a answer. Different standards of housekeeping. Some excellent, some very poor.
The location is good for me because l visited Niagara falls and many places in Toronto city. So it is a good point to start your drive into different directions and save gas as well.
The WiFi was too bad in my room. In addition, there was on one computer downstairs to use. Moreover, there was a microwave on the website, but I did not find it in the room. This really made me upset because l have to go downstairs and use the microwave there.
Room was not ready at the 3pm check in time, I was told to come back at 4:30 if I wanted the room I booked. Our tv had a "service issue". Staff said it was a Rogers network problem. Needless to say, we had no tv cable during our entire stay.
WiFi speed is amazing
Very rude staff Hotel smells really bad Bed sheets are dirty
Over priced.. Not what we wanted at all. pictures not correct. Also high cancellation price so we were stuck there for the three days... Had to pay upfront for the three days.
better breakfast or remove it from the offer
Good variety breakfast food.
Location no shops around ok if you have a car.
Poor breakfast and reception. Had my credit card compromised. Waffer thin soap in bathroom.
