There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

I like the location and the spaciousness of the rooms. I also like the bed, bedding and towels, as well as the fitness facility. There is construction that is a bit of a nuisance. Also the elevator system malfunctioned at one point. |

Convience of how close it was to Downtown Ottawa and the atmosphere, I don't normally stay at hotels like this one and I would definitely use their services again. |

The Minto is exceptional value for family accommodation as it is completely self-contained. Furnishings and appointments are fantastic and the suites are roomy and well-appointed. |

Central within reasonable walking distance of the sights The hotel is showing its age a little a lot of trays from room service dumped in the hallway and left there for considerable time. However the room was comfortable and reasonably clean however I have stayed in better cheaper hotels |

I stayed the hotel with my mom and that was my first time to go to Canada, so I asked the hotel that what the best food was and taught us about information. It was delicious and we loved it. The hotel stuff were very nice, so we were satisfied. Thank you. |

The stay was perfect: rooms are extremly clean, spacious and completely equipped up to the bathrobe. Facilities like gym and pool were also perfectly situated and maintained. Breakfast buffet in the affiliated restaurant provided in particular a choice of excellent fruits. Service was perfect in all topics. Highly recommendable. |

I most appreciated the willingness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. Pierre, the doorman, was informative and so very friendly....made me feel very comfortable in an unfamiliar city. The girls behind the registration desk also assisted me....googling and printing out directions. No...I can't say there was anything I didn't like about the hotel. Would have liked to have easier access to simple groceries, but that's not a hotel issue. |

Friendly receptionists. Good breakfast at reasonable price. I was particularly impressed by the gracious booking of the shuttle bus back to the airport and by the elderly gentleman who was able to retrieve my luggage and wait for me until the arrival of the shuttle bus. I enjoyed the Reception and Buffet Dinner in the Stanley Suite on Sunday evening. The elevators were surprisingly slow but because of Family Day on Feb. 16, many families were getting on and off the 2nd floor because of the swimming pool. |

I had tried repeatedly to get an extra day's stay through booking.com, and was told it was not possible, but when I checked in the extra day was given to me Not really. It was swarming with young hockey players which accounted for a bit of noise, but it did not really bother us |

The room was clean. That our tax-exempt card was not taken by the staff. unsure if we will be coming back to this hotel again, we have been coming here for a few years. too bad we do love the hotel. hope you change the policy. |

Es un hotel magnífico con muy buenas instalaciones. Sus habitaciones son muy amplias, con diseño contemporaneo y una limpieza impecable. El personal del hotel fue muy amable. Además está bien ubicado, a pie se puede ir a las principales atracciones de Ottawa, lo recomiendo mucho, volvería a hospedarme ahí. Todo me gustó, incluido el precio que me parecio muy razonable atendiendo a la calidad del hotel y al resto de los hoteles de la zona. |

Les suites sont de très bonne qualité et très pratique pour les séjour de plus d'une journée. Le personnel n'est pas nécessairement courtois. Je ne veux pas généralisé, mais j'ai été très mal servis par un agent plus âgé à la réception qui, pour une raison que j'ignore, semblait me considérer comme un client de second ordre. Peut-être était ce mon habit décontracté ou mon accent, mais il fût très désagréable. Sinon, j'ai été bien servis par les autres employés de l'hôtel. |
