There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The items selected above tell it all! 1) the fan in the bathroom was "extremely" LOUD. I would prefer a separate switch for the fan. 2) the morning coffee is always VERY weak, inform the staff how to make coffee!! |

When booking it had what we were looking for-free wi-fi, pool & breakfast included & the price we got was very good. We had issues with connected to the wi-fi and the breakfast was only average-donuts were very stale. |

The hotel is right next to a Husky petrol station and to a huge truck depot which makes the hotel not exactly a good place for families looking for nice, warm, clean accommodation where to stay in Toronto during a holiday. |

The hotel was perfect for a one-night stay while attending a one-day conference at the Mississauga Conference Centre. It was very comfortable, excellent quality, and terrific value for money. |

very clean, and it was close to shopping outlet malls and there was lots of places to eat aroud the hotel. the only think i didnt like is that it was alittle stuffy in the room,and it was very warm even with the heat turned off. |

Close to the conference, friendly staff, breakfast provided, pool available. close to main roads and shopping mall. Continental breakfast , needs some protien on the menu, boiled eggs perhaps, Menu all carbohydrates. started falling asleep from the sugar overload shortly after leaving the hotel. |

We had the complimentary breakfast. It would be good for the restaurant to add a protein. i.e. peanut butter or cream cheese or cheese whiz. I beleive all of the above come in the small packets similar to the jams etc...Otherwise, very good. |

the pool was nice and the breakfast was good as well. The rooms were spacious. The room we checked into was not cleaned. The beds were not made and there were dirty towels on the floor. We had to go back to the front desk and request another room. I was very dissapointed. We have two little kids and we got to the hotel late so this was a big hassel that could have been avoided. Rooms should always be checked to make sure they are clean before someone checks into them. |

Newly renovated hotel. Nice and clean. In a very good state of repair. Great price, included breakfast, free parking and free internet. Price cannot be beat. Lightly staffed. Hotel did not have maintenence. Front desk clerk had to resolve maintenence issues. Whirlpool tub did not work properly. |
