The room has a strange smell, probably not cleaned carefully, and I found condoms for the people before us. this is disgusting.

my arrival was well handled by a staff with a name Omar, he acted very politely. There were no hassle, It only took me a minute to feel out the registration form. the room was clean. free wireless internet, you can't ask more. Also thanks to a lady name Tony what a great agent she is. I like the breakfast, but i will suggest to see the hotel serve things such as eggs for free, and yogurt.

The wirlpool room is exactly what you need to relax in a winter day. Great price, great staff, great location. Is the perfect runaway from you day by day life. (... and breakfast included - not much selection, but free) The breakfast buffee had limited choices, but the fact that it's free compensates.

We usually stay at the Monte Carlo as we like the hotel and the staff and like the fact (very much) of having a breakfast there. The price is good. The only thing that bothers us is the noise in the room. Not sure if they are all teh same but this last time we were in room 303 and could hear all the conversations in both adjoining rooms. Most difficult for sleeping. There doesn't seem to be any soundproofing in the walls whatsoever.

I liked how friendly the staff were, Sam in particular. Very lovely guy, fantastic customer service. We also liked that we had a jacuzzi tub in our room. It was also very quiet, I had just arrived in Canada from a 30+ hour trip from New Zealand and it was great to have quiet time with my Canadian fiancee, whom I hadn't seen in 6 months. Loved your hotel, very clean! No complaints, other than I wish I wasn't so jet-lagged that I couldn't get up for breakfast! haha

Was not much to like. Buffet breakfast was very poor and only bread and cereal. I would not stay there again. The room was not completely clean and the bathroom smelt like sewage.

Breakfast options, especially the fact you can upgrade to a hot breakfast for a cheap fee. Quite area, close access to 410 which in few mts can get you to 403 or 401 We booked a King bed room, however, we ended up with a queen one, somehow Booking.com confirmed the King room while the hotel staff advises they do not have any available. We ended up accepting a free separate/extra bed which was seriously uncomfotable for an adult. Room was really small, although it had a seating area, i would have rather swapped that area with a bigger bed in a regular room

Location I found the staff to be front desk staff to be rude and unprofessional There was notrhing at the airport to indicate that a visitor should call for the shuttle. Secondly online I saw no note that there was a cost to the shuttle. I was only made aware of a cost when checking out. The manner in which different staff members spoke to me made me conclude they are genreally rude and poor customer service skills.

The buffet breakfast was very nice and the waitress was a lovely girl. The room was okay, but when I turned down the bedspread the linen looked as though it had already been slept in. The sheets were terribbly crumpled and were not put on the bed properly which I thought was horrible. Also it is not as close to the airport as I thought it would be, I was also surpried that I had to pay for the shuttle.

Great value and central location. Staff were super helpful and happy. Eager to assist to make stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a lot to be desired! And it was suppose to be a free breakfast but if you want 2 eggs you were charged extra!

They changed the room type didn't notice me I booked queen room they changed to two beds room they didn't tell me even in front desk I had to get back again then he told me so many excuses,,,,after I ask for manager then he give me the queen room,,wasted me 30minuyes check in time was around 6:30 29th sep,2011

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good if you are leaving the next day to go to the airport. They have a wonderful chef who takes pride in his work. The room was comfortable and the housemaids were wonderful askking if I needed anything to let them know. I was allowed to have a late check-out as my flight was departing late in the afternoon and there was no problem with such a request.
