Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was in a safe area. The room smelled like smoke when the AC ran. Breakfast was marginal.

The overnight manager was very rude, when it came to terms with booking our reservation at night. Yassin was not after our best interest in finding us the best accommodations for our money.

Nothing Old tired fitout. Free shuttle only runs every hour and then was 15 mins late. The site is at least 10-15 minute drive from the airport so not really that close). Free breakfast was awful. Had to unflug fridge in the room so I could sleep. - Would never stay there again.

Comfortable rooms, exercise room is equipped nicely Noticed food left on hallway floors for days. Noticed a fur ball in the stairwell that I recognized as my neighbour by the third day. Then timing was bad because they were renovating the lobby by painting the walls. My wife has allergies to chemicals.

Staff made up for the problems noted. Clean hotel. Friendly. No stopper for sink to replace mechanical stopper which was missing. The hairdryer did not work. Very few electrical outlets available in room.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, thanks!! There were no smoking rooms available, which is inconvenient to me as there are other hotels that provide this service to me.

-Convenience of location: easy to go to Toronto without having to deal with traffic while at motel/hotel; free parking (very expensive in Toronto) -access to close-captioned tv (at first, I didn't like it as the cc button on remote didn't directly lead to cc options. I had to experiment till I found a way to the cc option list...but what I did appreciate was instructions were given just before the option list on how to ensure cc works. One other hotel had similar tv and system, but didn't have instructions on how to adjust cc options so it didn't work there. It did here. -Comfortable bed and reasonable washroom -Continental breakfast: It's time to keep up with other franchises who include more food options (eggs & bacon/sausages) as part of free continental breakfast. However, I accepted that the food options were basic (no hot food) as that has been typical for many years. But what I was not impressed with was the staleness of muffins. Rock hard. Please make sure that pastry/muffins/bread are all fresh for customers. -limited plugins in the room. I would recommend having a plugin available on the bedside dressers, especially for those of us who need to recharge our mobile/smartphones. We would rather not have to go through the trouble of reaching behind the bedframe or desk, unplug something and then plug in the smartphone. Very awkward.

Check in was great with Omar. He was very friendly and helpful as we needed dining options. He is a great customer service person for your desk and he made us feel at home. Dinner menu was very limited but we understand it was due to construction. Food we ate (stuffed chicken) was amazing!

I liked the front desk clerk upon arrival, he was fantastic. The front desk clerk who booked me out was quite rude and not very friendly. Also the advertisement claimed free semi hot breakfast. The only thing hot was the toast.

The location and the price are suitable for my needs. The Hotel has good potential. They assigned me a room that reek of cigarette smoke. I stayed in it for 1 night and then asked to be moved. The second room I had was very good. It was in the newer section of the Hotel. I think some of the rooms need some serious cleaning. They were not very attentive to the problem with the room. I was told that they put a machine in the room for the day and that it should be ok. I went to the room and it still smelled of stale smoke. I do not believe they really went and inspected the room. It was very obvious the odor was still there. I am not one to complain but this was not good. I did email a manager about my expierience but have not received any reply so far.
