Breakfast was not as good as in the past

We usually stay at the Monte Carlo as we like the hotel and the staff and like the fact (very much) of having a breakfast there. The price is good.

The only thing that bothers us is the noise in the room. Not sure if they are all teh same but this last time we were in room 303 and could hear all the conversations in both adjoining rooms. Most difficult for sleeping. There doesn't seem to be any soundproofing in the walls whatsoever.

Got called at 11am sharp saying checkout time was 11am We were just leaving.

I found the staff to be front desk staff to be rude and unprofessional There was notrhing at the airport to indicate that a visitor should call for the shuttle. Secondly online I saw no note that there was a cost to the shuttle. I was only made aware of a cost when checking out. The manner in which different staff members spoke to me made me conclude they are genreally rude and poor customer service skills.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptional!

They changed the room type didn't notice me I booked queen room they changed to two beds room they didn't tell me even in front desk I had to get back again then he told me so many excuses,,,,after I ask for manager then he give me the queen room,,wasted me 30minuyes check in time was around 6:30 29th sep,2011

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good if you are leaving the next day to go to the airport. They have a wonderful chef who takes pride in his work. The room was comfortable and the housemaids were wonderful askking if I needed anything to let them know. I was allowed to have a late check-out as my flight was departing late in the afternoon and there was no problem with such a request.

Very inexpensive, especially considering it included breakfast.

The room was very small and had a musty smell.

The room has a strange smell, probably not cleaned carefully, and I found condoms for the people before us. this is disgusting.

It was very plaesant expiriense to stay at the Monte Carlo Inn Airport Suites!

They didn't make up our room the second day we were there!

I liked the quality of the furnishings in the room, especially since I would have thought it would cost considerably more than I paid. I booked on-line a few weeks in advance so perhaps that accounts for the rate I got. Also I needed the room for a few extra hours and that was easily arranged for a reasonable fee.

I would have wished to be nearer to other services. It is in a very remote location.

What I like best about the hotel was that the location was very accessable to the freeway. It was close to everything as in shopping malls and restaurants. The room was very clean and the service attends were very friendly. We would like to book again when we are back in Toronto next time. Thank you!

In my opinion, the only thing that I did not like was that shower head is very old fashion. They need to upgrade the bathroom showhead.
