I like for the fact that you can enter earlier before 3 o'clock with a staff that is friendly and greet you with a smile I have never had an issue there other than one time when I first went there is window cleaners cleaning the window when I came out of the shower I was compensated promptly and it was addressed promptly and they took control of the matter which in fact I was very satisfied the staff and the management was beautiful how they handled everything and I wouldn't trade this place for anything when I attend that into you I return often as I'm an airline stewardess thank you kindly for my kind stay

The hotel was beautiful in the lobby, so were the rooms. The rooms were comfortable especially at the price for the room.
Breakfast buffet was a little bit of a bummer, but you had the option to pay $5 for hot foods.
This is the worst hotel hands down, from staff to management. Me and my fiancé didn't sleep the whole night because of the noises coming from other guests, to the airplanes landing and the staff that cleans the rooms. Playing music so loud and banging on the walls. We called downstairs and complained, we were completely ignored. We left the hotel to go to another one just too get sleep and peace and quiet. They charged me for two nights, where we only stayed one. Their customer service is horrible. They have no businesses dealing with hospitalittle.
Staff at front desk was look like rude.
This hotel has a good location near the highway if you are traveling. The room has good space.
Facilities are old. Long check in and checkout times. They charged me 36$ for late checkout at 01:00pm instead of 11:00am.

I didn't like the reception worker - Manager was nice and cool guy, I felt rudeness and no respect to coloured people. I booked the best took ( if it was best like they said ) jakuzi water doesn't go , hit doesn't work , I told th downstairs as well and i canceled they still charge for 2nd day even I was there booking.com fix the problem thanks

The coffee maker in my room was old and broke and there was no decaf coffee for me.

It was so noisy in the evening at the restaurant and was difficult to keep the conversation going. There were not enough staff working while we were there two nights.
Front desk gave me a key not knowing if the room was occupied or not????!! And told us to go check it. This was very unprofessional. The room was not clean to our standards. I think they may need more assistance.

-room needs work -toilet rocks hits floor bad -sink was cut in improper, caulking needed, can see through to floor. -wall paper patches everywhere looks like a handyman special.
The room was not clean.
Check in was supposed to be at 2pm. We arrived at 420pm, and our room was still not ready so they tried to give us a room with a queen size bed. Seeing as I had booked my room two months prior with the king-size bed I advise them I did not want a queen. We were asked to sit in the lobby and wait while they got a room ready we waited about half an hour. Rooms were very outdated, cracks in the walls, bedding was not very nice and was very worn. You could tell that the sink in the bathroom had been replaced and was the wrong size, the toilet moved every time you sat on it. The bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable.
The staff were very courteous and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs. The bed was very comfortable and for the most part the place was very quiet with the exception of our first night which in my opinion was a disaster and completely out of the control of the hotel. There was a wedding party dispersed between the first and second floor and the noise in the halls and the rooms went on until four o'clock in the morning. The Staff attempted to control the noise with no success but did make up for it with a few complimentary items which were greatly appreciated. This was our only bad experience during our eleven day stay . The complimentary breakfast was very basic but we had the option of upgrading it to a full breakfast for a very minimal cost. The dining room food and service was very good and excellent value for my dollar. The rooms were clean and maid service was exceptional. A big THANK YOU to Monte Carlo Inns and staff in Mississauga. We heard so much about bed bugs that my husband had the bed sheets and the mattresses looked at in a first place. He found two different kind of bugs in two different rooms. Don't know what kind but after reviewing the second room we decided to leave
My room was very clean and the service from the staff was great, I also like that parking was free overnight.
There was only 1 elevator for the whole hotel, took a while for it to come everytime !
