Unfriemdly staff no smiles or good day or any other remarks. The room I was in was very noisy, traffic on tile floor clack clack of carts and heals. Rain spout sounded like a large dripping tap. Bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable room was small, no value for the price. Batheoom door screemed when opened or closed fan sounded like jet engine.

I was in town for my daughters surgery and the staff were very kind and helpful .I would stay at the hotel again.thank you for a very pleasant stay, I did think that their was a buffet breakfast but it was just a regular continental.

The staff!! Very friendly and helpful...our first stay but have already booked another date...very satisfied! More toiletries, I.e shampoo and conditioner....also there was no VPN/internet card in the room?

Located in the heart of it all. Great value for the money and clean and comfortable enough to accomodate either a business stay , a family trip or a weekend getaway for two. Yhanks.

During our stay in this hotel,we liked it and enjoyed it because it is clean,the staff are nice to us,the place is also close to shopping centers,and it is bus acceassible. The only thing that was'nt good enough was the complimentary breakfast particularly the fruits where in the left overs might be served mixed with the freshly cut ones,so it tasted all like it was prepared the other day.

The room was comfortable with a king size bed, a desk and a small table with 2 chairs. Bedding was good quality. The bathroom pipes must have been shared with the room next door, as everytime they turned on the water or flushed, you could clearly hear water running in our bathroom, including during the night.

The price of your rooms was fantastik we travel quite a bit for soccer and since we found Monte Carlo Inn in various location we try to used them as first choice. The only we missed at this location was a pool to cool down in .

It was withing easy access of the Airport, city centre. shopping malls and 5 mins away from the esperanza hall where we attended a family wedding. All the staff were excellent, very pleasant and helpful. They made our stay a pleasant experience. we would certainly return if we were in that area again.

Personnel accueillant Chambre malpropre, rideaux et murs jaunis par la fumée de cigarette, trous dans les murs, pôle de douche toute rouillée. à la réservation je devais avoir une chambre avec 2 lits queen alors qu'il y en avait seulement qu'un...
