Beds were pretty comfortable

The AC unit was very loud....told thats the way they were....said it will be hard to sleep...was told too take sleeping pills ! And toilet kept goin off every 10min...room 315 needs some help !..... not impressed....wont EVER BE BACK

Beds were comfortable and lots of pillows. Bathtub surround was new and clean. New "rainfall" shower head was wonderful. Lots of hangers and dresser space. Beds were comfortable. Fridge, microwave all clean and working well.

The room had strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. Bathroom had lots of hair and debris on floor in corners. Tv had lots of prints and was dusty. Breakfast in restaurant was mediocre at best. Coffee terrible. Need to invest in better. Not a lot of selection of foods. Most employees I approached when needing service were on personal phone calls. Domestic and children disturbance around midnight was upsetting and loud. Where was security?

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, but the coffee could use some help.

The 2 east indian or whatever they were men at the front desk upon check inn were not friendly...very just to the point. The room #204 was very small and somewhat musty smelling. T\There wasn't any access to ice (had to go up or down a floor to get ice). Coffee in the restuarant was not very good and not complimentry. Very average experience, and wouldn't stay there again, nor recommend it to anyone, everl! We stay at many many hotels for weekend events , weddings, etc. and would rate this hotel, very "just ok" ........

Crappy upgrade breakfast. Eat elsewhere.

Overall the place was great and the staff was very friendly and cooperative.

We had to pull our baggages to the room by ourself and there was bo waiter to help us.

Poor location, surrounded by big box stores and industrial sites. It was necessary to drive some distance to all facilities. Breakfast was marginal at best.

I really like the layout of the room. The hot tub was very nice.I really enjoyed the fireplace in the room. The location of the Inn from shopping centers was absolutely perfect. your waitress staff in the restaurant and bar were just great. We were treated like family. We will definitely return.

There were only two things that needed attention. There was food dried on one of the arm chairs in the room which I cleaned up myself. The need for nonallergenic pillows. My wife had asthma flare ups in bed both nights.

Quoted one price -asked about parking for a week - said 'no extra charge" then charged us extra for the room. No mention of charge for shuttle to airport until after the fact. Indicated $25 taxi rate to the airport - then taxi tried to charge us $45.

The Monte Carlo was the best value accommodation ever. Comfortable beds, tastefully decorated. Excellent food in the restaurant was a real plus as it allowed us to eat well without venturing out into a cold snowy evening. All in all I would recommend the Monte Carlo without hesitation to anyone needing accommodations in the Toronto area. I was traveling with five others and they will all agree with my assessment. Whenever we are in the area again you can be sure we will choose the Monte Carlo.

A bit of a mix-up about one of the rooms which I had reserved, and a malfunctioning bathroom - but this problem was resolved wonderfully. While we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, I think you might want to look for another supplier for your croissants and cinnamon rolls - they were terrible.

Location worked out well, it was 10 minutes away from the convention hall where we were attending an event.

Location no extra charge for extended parking

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was better than we expected.

Nothing, the room stinks, sucks, and unattractive

A real hassle to check in. Can barely speak English. Once that episode was done got to room that looked like the picture at booking time. The only difference was dirty old carpet and discussing dirt filled grout lines in washroom

Closeness to events at the International Centre. The rooms are very nice, have everything we need. It had one of the best Continental Breakfasts, and an upgrade is available for a very reasonable $4.25. The Fruit is fresh, and a nice selection of bagels etc. The girl in charge of the morning breakfast is very friendly and helpful. The girls at the front desk always acknowledge you when you come back in the evening. They are very friendly. We will always come back to the Monte Carlo Brampton when we are in the Toronto area.

There wasn't anything that we did not like.
