The pillows were fantastic!

Layout of the lobby was strange. Large fake potted plants and trees used up most of the aisleways. The front desk was at the front of the hotel (naturally) but only a sidewalk with no place to park is at the front. Why wouldn't the desk be where most people enter? It's almost like the hotel was built backwards.

Indoor swimming pool cold, should have been warmer, especially in that it was indoors. Room deposit of over $100 is ridiculous. Upon checkout staff refused to apply it back to my debit card until some staff was available to check the room???

The staff were excellent. There were problems with my reservation (my fault) and they cleared things up efficiently and quickly. The rooms were good ... nothing fancy, but more than adequate.

Their included breakfast provided only white bagels, white bread, really cheap pastries, the cheapest fruit (which was fresh though), and poor quality coffee. A tiny bit more expense on their side would have made a huge difference to how the hotel was perceived.

Central location to Markham businesses and restaurants. Facility is clean. Plentiful free parking. Enjoyed free Wi-Fi. Enjoyed the complimentary newspaper and continental breakfast.

house cleaning did not clean coffee pot nor tea cups 4 days out of the five that we stayed there. No complimentary tea bags provided. Not enough outlets to recharge electronic devices.

It would have been nice to have a sauna or a wirl pool but the salt water pool was nice.

The staff ; everyone we encountered was smiling and eager to help ( very rare ) The hotel ; common areas and our room were clean , modern and nicely decorated . Room service was efficient , well priced and the food was good quality . This was the best hotel experience we can remember . We are also grateful to Gavin at Booking.com for working hard to correct our error when we booked the wrong Monte Carlo location in error .

The coffee supplied in the room was not up to par , and that`s about it !

So comfortable so I slept in several times, after just came back from a long Asian trip. Booked for two weeks and extended it for another week!

Had a little surprise TV repair episode in the morning despite hanging the DND sign on the door, management more than made up for it with a good surprise gift package and an apology note in the same evening.

We were attending a wedding and it was all top notch. Great Great food, wonderfully helpful and nice staff, very comfortable rooms. Would certainly hightly recommend.

Slow check in. Didnt know how debit\visa worked. Bathtub in bathroom was dirty. Didnt see till morning. I used jacuzzi to bathe. Breakfast was good but I was too late.

The fact it is a new building and new furniture, medium size hotel with free parking. Staff r well informed and polite

Hotel offers basic services but it is worth the money. Room size is okay but bathroom is a little small. Indoor swimming pool has a funny location almost facing reception area and in centre of the hallway and I guess it was designed for kids. Cold breakfast is included and hot one for additional charge.

No secondary lock on the room door! I did use the deadbolt but still felt uneasy with the lack of door chain etc. The finishings were adequate but some of the amenities were cheap for example... Half sized ironing board...spring loaded shower curtain bar. But the standard rm did have a fridge and microwave that was unexpected and appreciated.
