Wall paper was peeling. Frig did not get very cold AC was noisy
The air conditioner unit was loud need to be replaced or repaired.
Location - near airport and subway station.
Breakfast was poor
Clean Good Wi-fi
Rooms a bit small
Room was humid , felt damp . Also the room had a foul Odur
The Hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. It was exactly what we were hoping for.
I liked the convenient location and that it was an okay price. I enjoyed the mini fridge and microwave
The room was non-smoking but it smelled like smoke. The layout of the building is weird. I walked through joint balconies to get to my room and it appeared to be the smoking area which smelled horrible! Not a good idea to have smoking and non smoking rooms on the same floor. The room also had a sink in it which was odd. The bathroom had the toilet and tub. The tub drainage system was very poor as I showered the water would gather past my ankles.
location, fast wifi, comfy beds, overall interior design is nice, staff is nice, LCD TV
breakfast, can add yogurt, banana to the menu, too many doors to open to reach my room, cannot see my car when staying on east side of the building
The staff very rude The elevator was not working when I check out so I took my luggage from forth floor by stairs. Prostitutes at night and pimps fighting. Drugs in the premise
service and location for my purpose of visit.
nothing, so far
My booking was for a non smoking room but unfortunately the room Atmosphere always during night and morning have smoking smell.
it s very clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay for a few days.there are polite employees.
some furnitures are a little old, they should be replaced.rates are a little high and they should decreased according to place's amenities.
location is great and Mr. Tony is helpful.
-You get what you pay -Place is overall safe and clean enough -Solid value for the money. Have stayed twice and would stay again. -If you align your expectations to the price, or other locations at this same price point, this Monte Carlo Inn is very good. -There is enough parking. Location is solid. Always someone at the desk. Unlimited tea/coffee. Cleaning does a good job. Staff makes a reasonable effort to be courteous.
-wifi wasn't perfect, and I needed to connect via my hotspot on occasion.
Front Desk Manager upgraded us to a King Bed room at no additional cost.
Room was very small with very little room to move about.
Breakfast are basic.
The room was quiet although it was on a busy street.
The hallways were very cold and a shock when you left the comfort of your room. The breakfast area was a little too small.
staff were extremely friendly and courteous. it was a pleasure to deal with these people and we would stay there again.
The room could have been cleaned better.we found some items that should'nt have been there if the room was cleaned properly.
I found the front desk staff courteous, the room clean and everything worked, and it is good value for the money. Also had a nice little free continental breakfast.
The hotel is well situated with respect to highway access (427 & QEW), local transit (MiWay) and dining and entertainment within walking distance. The room was clean and the modest toiletries were of decent quality. Linens and towels seemed to be clean. Both reception staff I dealt with were friendly and welcoming.
Smaller facilities all-round. Reception, rooms and breakfast room. Some corridors were quite cold due to being a glassed-in passageway against an exterior wall and sounds seemed to transmit very easily into the room. Bed in room 307 was adequate at best, obviously a cheaper mattress/foundation that had past its prime.
The rate booking.com quoted was not the rate they charged. They said booking.com takes too long so they charged a higher rate.
I didn't like any things. Was very bad experience. Not related to the photo in booking.
Every things. The guy in recep. He have very bad attitudes.
Although I booked the suite room, suites are too tight, no space even to put luggage, Break fast is very basic (muffins, jam toast, ..) and restaurant is just 6 seats Staff are not really welcoming but they just did their job
Dirty shower curtain, corners of floors dirty, seal on door loose and could hear wind whistle through door. Probably will stay somewhere else next time.
