I liked the fact that it was close to shopping and restaurants, it was a great location and the prices were good too The rooms are not very sound proof, when we were in our room we could hear everything in the hallway, even people talking |

The staff was great and very helpful. The room was good and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. I recommend. |

I liked the location which was close to Canada's Wonderland and the Vaughan Mills Mall. I also liked the price of the pop, there was no price gouging on that. The breakfast was not that great. Too many people not much food. Now to be fair we always showed up around 9:15 am to eat so not sure what it would have been like earlier on. Breakfast ended at 10 am. |

The staff was helpfull and kind and the room was of good size and very clean. There was ample parking space on the site. Food in the restaurant was tasty. Most standard rooms don't have windows or the part that opens is very, very small. They smell musty and the solution I was offered for this by the staff is to spray the fragrance, which is not good enough. The rooms need to be vented more often or this heavy smell is going to grow even stronger. Choice of food in the restaurant is modest, especially breakfast. |

This hotel is a new hotel. It had a good breakfast, a nice duvet, and a good location to shopping centres. We found that for a new hotel, there should've been a bigger tv; we had trouble seeing it from the bed. Also, we'd upgraded to include the jacuzzi tub, but it was small and the jets looked a bit dirty. Overall, it was ok, but for the price, I wouldn't stay in that room category again. |

The bed was super comfortable, the day staff was quite friendly and helpful, whirlpool was wonderful. We felt like we were away from the hustle and bustle while being close to great amenities. We had a great experience overall! No pool and the elevators smelled of cigar smoke. The night staff was not super friendly, they weren't nasty or anything just not super friendly. |

It was a great location for what we were doing in Vaughan...the room was very clean and spacious We were a little disappointed on the breakfast included with our stay...just expected a bit more food/choices and it wasn't very nice seeing the staff in the resturant walking around serving food with their hair not tied back......not good for health regulations..... |

Avevamo la camera con la vasca idromassaggio di fronte al letto. Molto carina e romantica. Hotel a 10 minuti di auto dalla fernata della metro di yorksdale, dove si può parcheggiare gratuitamente. Altri 15 minuti e si arriva in centro. Molto comodo. |

Très tranquille. Service d'entretien des chambres est très sympathique. Très propre. À l'écoute de la clientèle. Très confortable au niveau du lit et des commodités. Entrée extérieur est très invitant. Le personnel de la réception doit se montrer plus coopératif versus les étrangers qui ne maîtrise pas la langue anglaise. Donner plus d'informations aux clients sur la direction de la chambre et de l'endroit du déjeuner (pas nécessaire de le demander). |
