the building itself is stunning. very antique with all its marble and gold trims but still very modern and clean. friendly staff. check out time is appropriate since some people tend to sleep in (like me!) heard a rowdy couple down the hall, didn't know if we should have gone out to check, but we didn't want to get involved.

Close to home Booked reservation for 3 nights and had to leave after 1 night but was not given a refund or voucher to use for the remaining 2 nights. Also when I checked out around 10 30 the breakfeast had ended and I asked if I could have a bagel to leave but was not given anything. Very bad courtesy. Would not recommend your hotel

I can only comment on the rooms and breakfast as that is all I used. The location was convenient and easy to find. I found the breakfast lacking in protein products. When I was there, it was mostly starch and dairy (dry cereals, toast, milk, cream cheese, apples and the only protein - PB). And it didn't open until 8:00.

The room was huge!!! And such good value for the rate. The staff at the check-in counter (Cosmos) was very friendly, very efficient and incredibly polite. Nice modern decor on the main level, loved the setup of the room (living area separate from sleeping area). Great room! Really enjoyed it. Breakfast left much to be desired, I was quite disappointed. Most continental breakfasts at hotels at least have eggs. That's all.

Sheets were clean Staff wasn't very helpful. Food was terrible. Room smelt. Decor was dated and bed was extremely uncomfortable. I've stayed in better places in 3rd world countries. Coffee machine was broken and fridge barely worked.

Location was excellent for my business needs. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was confortable. Bathroom was clean and large. Free parking. Free continental breakfast was fine. Some road construction nearby made access a bit of a nuisance.

Cleanliness, was close proximity for my business dealings. Good value, very comfortable. Nice clean, all tile floors in lobby. Got use of wifi, and breakfast include in the morning was convenient, saved me time. Coffee maker did not work, sink all cracked.

Nothing.... The TV's , the lack of pillows and sheets for the pull out. The sheets in the pull out were dirty and the rooms were not very clean. The breakfast was spartan. We had requested a cot(roll away) and we got to the room we found a play pen for a baby. The heater also was broken in the dining room.

not much It was a wierd motel, lots of marble everywhere and narrow hallways, the marble made everything loud and there were plenty of loud folks in the hotel, the lights in the room didn't all work and the tv was old and cheap. The breakfast was embarrassingly "no frills" and the coffee was bad.
