The restaurant was very nice. Food was good. Service was friendly and good. Beautiful pool but not very clean. Lots of debris on the bottom. The room needed renovation. Dated and only one bed in our suite. Good concept but could use some work. |

If I had more time during my stay, I would have used your heated outdoor pool. I was glad to hear that it was open until 10pm. The continental breakfast was super, but it would have been nice to be able to order a breakfast to include eggs. Thank you so much for allowing me to have a later check out time. Perhaps because it was the end of day, when I went to check the pool, I found that it needed to be vaccumed. Perhaps just bad timing. |

The staff was pleasant. Outside staircase to my second floor room was snow-covered, slippery and dangerous. Heating system was very loud and blew uncomfortably hot, dry air. |

The view of the canal. There were separated pods of rooms, the sauna & hot tub were accessible only by going outdoors to get to them, hot tub was out of service & we couldn't get extra towels even when going down to the front desk personally. |

Es un hotel sumamente agradable, la ubicacion al lado del rio y la naturaleza es hermosisima pero lo mejor que tiene es el trato del personal sobre todo en la recepcion, en especial una chica llamada Divine, los felicito y gracias. |

à notre arrivé le jeune fille qui nous a répondu parlait français et nous comprenait très bien, j'ai beaucoup appréciée.Très bon déjeuner... Le lendemain un jeune homme nous a répondu qui disait qu'il comprenait le français mais pas vraiment beaucoup car j'ai voulu règler les 2 réservations avec un certificat cadeau et il m'en faisait payer seulement qu'une chambre heureusement que mon époux avait remarqué car nous aurions dû règler une carte de crédit j'aurais été vraiment déçu ... |

E' vicino all'aereoporto, la location è carina nel verde e vicino ad un fiume, ma per il resto , a cominciare dalle camere a noi assegnate, è assai più simile ad un motel per famiglie che ad un hotel. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. L'accesso alle camere. |

het is dicht bij het vliegveld en toch ook maar 15 minuten naar het centrum van Ottawa. Er is weinig hinder van vliegbewegingen. |
