The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were really good. We had no issue with anything at any point. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Montreal.
The price was a bit higher than I would have liked. The noise in the halls in the morning and at night startled me from my sleep but it was not anything out of the norm for a hotel.
Convenient for airport and there is a shuttle - but the same is true of other airport hotels.
Service is appalling. We had booked for three people so needed to use a sofa bed. We asked for the bed to be made up. It was opened but no sheets blankets or pillows provided. We had to ask for these several times and eventually a blanket was brought and simply left in the room. Service and food at the restaurant is also very poor. It took us an hour to be served indifferent food from the very short menu. Trays with food and plates from cleared tables were left heaped on tables to one side of the restaurant. Not a credit to Sheraton.

booking.com should explain where to get the hotel shuttles. go to the upper level and go to the right until you see a sign that says hotel shuttles we asked two airport employees and both gave us the wrong information.
- The pool/Gym - the daily free coffee in room, but only one water bottle.
- I booked 2 rooms, one room with 2 beds, but they said it's not available, then they said we'll give you a room with a bed and a sofa bed, but the sofa wasn't the type that can be transformed to a bed?!! -Noisy corridors -The toilet flush wasn't working well -Plane noise - they gave me 2 free parking passes, however they charged me upon checkout
Good location nearby airport
No luggage roller at the front door. Room that I booked was not available, front desk refused to connect me to Manager. When Manager did call it was nearly 10pm at night. Highly unprofessional

Pay for parking, pay for room internet, phone was not working properly would only allow direct calls, total money sucking hotel, would never stay again

I noticed that not all the staff was courteous. I noticed one of the staff members at the front desk was wonderful. She greated the guests with a professional and friendly manner however the agent who treated us could have used the same skill sets as her colleague.
Upon our arrival, our room was not ready. We were 3 people in the room and the front desk agent was expecting us to take one king size bed. Although I had requested 2 beds, she was condescending stating that I had requested a traditional room and that it was all that was available. I had to insist on finding a solution. Poor customer service and it was disappointing that I had to initiate a solution. I wished we had the other agent at the front desk as I am confident my first impression would have been totally different.

Pool, AC, working shower, mostly friendly staff
Cleaning staff was unhelpful (refused to give us more than one pillow and blanket for a sofa bed when we had two people sleeping on it). What made this even worse was the fact that the front desk ASKED us how many pillows and blankets we wanted when we checked in! (Why ask if you won't give?)
Shuttle was late
Friendly staff, even very friendly in-house candy store owner. Would have let me check out at 4 PM if needed. Internet!!! Yeah. With computers. !!!

Small bathroom, no bathroom vent, low ceilings, poor sound insulation.
None of the service provided impressed me.
As a foreigner, I could not feel the warm welcome from the reception desk. In addition, I called guest service many times for sofa bedding set; there was no one answering. Their service and attitude surely need to be improved.
Awesome service, very good rate for the GP week end. They had a bus to go and come back for the race track.
Very slow service it is treible waiters and waitresses unattendable. Under cook food very poor quality and choice of meals Bar services just as bad.
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the free metro passes for the Grand Prix weekend. Nice courtyard area to make you feel like you're not right next to the airport (even though you are).
The airport shuttle bus was very convienient. Breakfast was delicious.
Nowadays, hotels encourage you not to have the room cleaned if you're staying for multiple days, Sheraton required you to hang out some sign on the door by 2:00am if you don't want it cleaned. After I had done that for 3 days in a row, the staff threw the sign under my door. She must have thought I forgot to take down the sign, which I did not. Once I didn't hang the sign, but stayed in the room for the day. The house cleaning staff phoned during lunch time and asked when do I want the room cleaned. I started saying I'm staying in today so I don't want the room cleaned, but she cut me off and said she'll come at 3pm. Rude! Fortunately at around 2pm, a nicer staff phoned and asked if I want the room cleaned. I told her no and she was still nice. I wonder if they want to clean the room for the tips? The hotel should really communicate with their staff and make up plans like clean every other day or something like that. Once I called room service for a steak at around 10pm. When the steak arrived, I opened the door and started to look for a place to put it(I had things everywhere). The staff stood at the door, became very impatient, and said do you want to take it or not? So I hurried to take the steak from him and tried to find a place to put it. And when I finally put the steak down and turned to the door, he was already long gone. He was so rude I don't even want to give him a tip! Previously I thought highly of this hotel, but I am very very disappointed at the staffs during this trip.
Extreme helpfulness of Executive club director. I left my USB key in the workstation in the club and he delivered it to my room. Front desk staff was extremely friendly (changed my mood completely around after having spent an awful night in the Toronto airport!)
