My receipt was not available when I left the airport. It will have to be mailed to me and this is not acceptable since I have to have the receipt to file my expense invoice. |

Ce que j'ai le plus apprécié dans cet hôtel, c'est la gentillesse des employés. Tout les employés nous saluent, même les femmes de chambre. Elles ne sont pas obligées. L'aspect humain est important, nous ne sommes pas seulement un numéro. Bravo et merci. |

La gentillesse du personnel du Bar. L'accueil, à l'arrivée, froid et peu courtois. La chambre, décoration, propreté et odeur désagréable. La salle de bain dont la paume de douche se détachait du mur. C'est un vieil hôtel qui a grand besoin de réparations et de rénovations. |
