close to the airport and shuttle facilities. Smoker rooms do not have to "puke"they can use freshener and wash the carpets once in a while to make it smell better. |

It was close to the airport and staff was friendly. I also thought the bedroom and linens were nice and comfortable. breakfast options and difficulty contacting for pickup from airport or train station. I suggest a option on their automated system, so that these calls aren't with reservations. |

Close to the airport in order to catch an early morning flight out the following day. This is the reason I stayed at this motel. Breakfast starts at 6:00 a.m. and the shuttle van leaves at half an hour increment. Therefore, people who need to catch an early international flight in the morning (as it was my case here) would not have time to sit down and have breakfast. The hotel should start serving breakfast at 5:30 a.m. instead of 6:00 a.m. |

Large clean room, free airport shuttle and complementary breakfast buffet. Front desk charged higher price than the price stated on the booking.com websites. The front desk employee apologized and adjusted the bill. |

Location for Int'l airport is very good. And there is a free shuttle bus for Int'l airport every 30 minutes for 24hrs. non |

most of it is the location to airport as well as Via Rail station. Food service good and the business center. The free shuttle bus is another plus. Rooms very nice. |

The facility was clean and in good repair and the hotel staff were helpful and polite. The complimentry breakfast was very poor. There was an additional charge for a small container of yogurt, there were no waffles, pancakes, fruit salad, or hot ham and eggs like Choice and other hotel chains provide. The use of breakfast vouchers in annoying since the food staff would not let me take a cup of tea back to the room before we came down for breakfast. |

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the price was good. Free breakfast was not fully self-serve. Yogourt was extra and under lock and key. There was no one at the reception desk when we arrived to check in and we had to wait quite a long time. The pool was very small and shallow. |

the kindness of the staff, the price is good, good parking for the car. hard to get in from the road, impossible to get the adress of the hotel in the GPS, 3000 cotes de liesse not accurate impossible to find it in list of hotel in the point of interest in the gps . |

The hotel was very clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel more geared to the business traveller. Not family oriented. Good if you just nees a place to lay your head. Hotel is very hard to find if you don't know the city. |
