Breakfast. Space for breakfast too small. Nothing to do there except waiting for airplane.

I liked my quiet room, the free internet and breakfast and shuttle. When I deduct those costs from the total bill, I am grateful for the low price, especially since my stay is sho short, only for a between flight sleep.

I didn't like that my bill was changed from 117. the night before to a new amount of 168. the following morning. I didn't like that I was told that "the system" did it and that it would be my responsibility to call for a credit on Monday.

Clean sheets & linens,,not 4 star beds or linens. Apples..this good as only vending machine avlb. Breakfeast was satisfactory. Nice soap, shampoo, etc.

This was not a 4 star hotel which came from your rating.stale smelling room. 5Ft old bathtub, poor calking, wallpaper coing off. Sink vanity in main bedroom. Old AC.no room service.lobby furniture tattered/torn. Waited 30 min for hotel van Atwater midnight and we were 12 people in van with luggage..no seat belts. No luggage cart avlb upon arrival and no one to help with bags. One desk agent only. I did not know this hotel and thought that with a plus it was a new type of best Western. It is not and we were tired from a long trip and very disappointed with our accommodations which I choice as a result of your rating.

The food and the staff was wonderful. The staff was very helpful to us and hospitable.

The staff should be given a little bit of IT training Apart from this all other things are nice.

It is close to the airport and has a airport shuttle. The price is right.

The fire alarm went off a 5:00 a.m., making it virtually impossible to check out on time. Then the 6:00 a.m. airport shuttle bus arrived at 6:20 a.m.. This made for a bad start to a long day of travel. Airplanes don't wait for backed up reception counters and late shuttle buses.

Stayed there two different times within one week. The young woman that worked there were excellent, very helpful, and accommodating. The second time I was there, the man that was working behind the desk, could have been more helpful. He wasn't busy, he could have offered to print my boarding pass like the young lady had the week before for me. I had an injured toe (he didn't realize this) and he told me to go use the business centre downstairs..

see what I did like, I put it all together, still not recovered from my injury I injured my toe between stays and am on painkillers still and antibiotics.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel has a 24h shuttle to and from the airport.
