Close to the international airport. Indicated indoor swimming pool and gym are the smallest ever seen and don't invite to use. |

The room was very large and comfortable. With kids the size of the room matters and this room was an excellent size! We loved it! The customer service wasn't that great. When I checked out, the person did not ask me how my stay was, he didn't talk to me at all except when he said "did you want the charges to stay on your credit card". |

Training of staff working in hospitality would be a start! The hotel itself is clean and comfortable but the unhelpful attitude of staff is not. It was our first time in Montreal and we found your staff's disdainful attitude upsetting. |

having to keep fit in the fitness room and the relaxing in the pool the sheets would still be dirty after house keeping one wonders if at all they were changed and the tea mugs were only rinsed with water not very hygenic |
