Cleanlines of the room, location At departure hotel they have counted payment more on 200$, but after we show the booking confirmation they corrected the bill. Too much noise on the street in the morning because of the garbage machines |

It was close to the Bell Centre. The staff was rude. The hotel was small. We reserved a 2 bedroom and they gave us a one bedroom. The hotel parking was extremely expensive. It would have been cheaper to park across the street at a lot. It was $18 a day, and the parking across the street was $7. This hotel is not as nice as it appears to be on this website. |

staff was very friendly and acomodating, i like the closeness to the bell center and shopping, we could walk to most places. i thought the prices for items in the bar fridge were high , i/e 4.25 for a 355 ml can of orange juice and over $4 for a bottle of water . |

That it was very close to the Bell center and St-Catherine Street There was a lot of noise coming from the street at 2:00 in the morning. There was a burnt light in the bathroom and there was no plug for the bathtub. |

Le confort des chambres, la qualite d'ensemble de l'hotel, le personnel accueillant, le restaurant excellent, la decoration moderne et "design", la situation ideale, le parking... Bref rien a redire, je conseille vivement cet hotel! Pas grand chose a reprocher, si ce n'est peut etre l'absence de piscine, compare aux autres hotels de meme standing qui en sont generalement equipes. |
