staff was very friendly and acomodating, i like the closeness to the bell center and shopping, we could walk to most places. i thought the prices for items in the bar fridge were high , i/e 4.25 for a 355 ml can of orange juice and over $4 for a bottle of water . |

That it was very close to the Bell center and St-Catherine Street There was a lot of noise coming from the street at 2:00 in the morning. There was a burnt light in the bathroom and there was no plug for the bathtub. |

Location noise from a party below us--they put us on the second floor above the party room! Also, one day they forgot to clean our room and came after we called at 5pm. Also, we had to ask for conditioner for our hair. |

Staff were great and very helpful We requested a non-smoking room and were given a room that had only recently been converted to non-smoking - so it was actually very smokey. We didn't ask to have our room changed but we should have. |

I really enjoyed the style and the setup of the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well maintained. I didn't like the lack of room in the mini bar fridge, though I did appreciate the ability to have a small portable fridge delivered to your room. |

Good location to walk to any shopping area in downtown Montreal. Safe, clean area. Average gym facilities. Poor air circulation in the bathroom. No fans, so the bathroom was very humid all of the time. Gym equipment needs maintenance. Two treadmills need the belt serviced, one bike was broken. |
