Downtown location,friendly,helpful,knowledgeable, bilingual staff. Clean,comfortable beds. Would stay again and recommend to others from out of town. Were able to stay in a room where smoking permitted and yet (as a non smoker myself) did not detect the smell of smoke in the room on arrival.

When they finish the construction it will be modern

No steam room / sauna. A dry sauna is crucial in this Montreal climate for a modern hotel

actually we had a major problem while we were there - the people in the room next to us were drunk out of their minds and screaming at the top of their lujngs and throwing things around. we advised the front desk but it took a long while before this was settled. we did not get to sleep before 2 a.m. we could have at least been given free parking for this inconvenience.

Excellent hotel, close to everything in downtown Montreal!!! Great Staff!!

Great value. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Stayed in double superior room and it was nice and clean. Awesome location if shopping or goingf to Montreal Canadiens hockey game. Would reccommend to friends. Whole experience with booking.com was easy and problem free. I confirmed my reservation with the hotel after booking through the website and eveything went smoothly.

Only problem was front lobby was under construction. Everythig else great.

The location was great. Also the stuff were friendly.

The problem is just they had a construction in the lobby.

The bathroom had a dark mold ring around the drain and I had to stop the toilet from running and constantly filling with water. There was also no way to have a bath instead of a shower. After working it would have been nice to soak in the tub but other than that and the constuction noise Friday morning it was ok.

Construction in the building made it impossible to have meetings in their dining area, or anywhere in the hotel for that matter. Food was extremely expensive. One small sandwich,small salad and bottle of water was over 20 dollars Canadian.
