Score from 1159 reviews Wonderful
The room was amazing, especially the gorgeous bathroom. Grocery store right across the street. Not too far from Montreal.
Lock stopped working, we were locked out for half an hour.
Everything is so clean and beds are extremely comfy. Massive bathroom with amazing shower you could fit four people in. FREE Parking
TOO far from downtown unless you have vehicle you can park and jump on a metro in that case not to bad as only a 10 minute drive to a metro.
size of room cleanliness storage areas staff comfort Well, most everything! And it was close to restaurants and stuff too!
Can't think of any...
Had to wait when checking in .... The room was not ready
Nice hotel, cozy decoration
Expensive, don't order the room service, there is 50% more hidden fee
Excellent in all aspects...friendly staff...walking distance to great restaurant (Madison's) and large grocery store across street
We found the 10 minute commute to the Metro to Montreal a little expensive by taxi...found a bus but 20 minute "bumpy" ride for much less $$
everything associated with our stay
Location is righ off highway. Good restaurants within walking distance which was super convenient. Rooms were update, comfortable and very clean. All the staff was extremely helpful.
Problems with the doors making noise
The quality and comfort as described of the hotel. Very pleasant!
Fantastic patio and great food.
I had a spa tub but no shampoo was offered, instead there was a dispenser in the shower. Staff confirmed that shampoo bottles for the tub not available. Not a big deal but a bit of pain.
Was referred by a friend it is convenient
Room was huge, clean and comfortable. First time there. Not last
excellent experience. excellent polite and easygoing personal. good hotel room size.
some minor concerns with cleanliness (room was good but forgotten garbage in ice holder and old water in coffee machine)
Enjoyed every moment. It wasn't too far from downtown Montreal, was very clean and comfortable
Didn't like that it didn't have much to do around it's surroundings, everything around seemed to be closed. Was horrible that they didn't supply the room with bottles of water. I ran out about 10 times to buy bottles of water for my family, they didn't seem to have a gift shop to purchase anything out of the ordinary. Wasn't much to watch on tv, and only two or four channel were in English
Great beds. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Clean compared to Montreal city hotels. Nice patio bar to eat dinner when weather is good.
Restaurant is expensive! Limited choices for good beer. Needs more Canadian or USA microbrews, Cannot open room windows!
The beautiful patio in the restaurant bar area. The style of the rooms. The friendly welcoming staff.
The restaurant bar closes at 10pm. If travelling alone you can't use the swimming pool if no one else is there.
the staff was not nice. if you are not French you were not treated well.
Great place, super attentive staff. Especially for an English speaking guest. Very nice accomadations. Good location.
Heating system in rooms, difficult to get a comfy temp, although it was really cold. Would suggest a breakfast buffet option for busy travelers that don't have time for a leisurely le petit déjeuner. I took breakfast outside the hotel each day because just didn't have time. I would have rather stayed at the hotel, revenue lost. Suggest car park passes special area for guests. Very hard to find a place to park when visitors take all the best spots.
Cleaness comfort and food
Waiting time for food long sometimes AND PRICE OF ALCHOOLIC BEVERAGES AT BAR !!!!!!!!
The best business Hotel (and restaurant) in the east outskirts of Montreal ! Always leaving with regret !
Sometimes breakfast takes a little too long to be served.
the salle a manger and bar was ok and a good service with fare price.
