hotel's staff is very nice. The room is very clean . The bed is very comfortable. The wall between two room is to thin. You can listen the people 's talking next door. |

It was very affordable. I didn't like not having a coffee maker, kleenex or shampoo in the room. We got a double bed in our room instead of queen with very small blankets and pillows. |

I like that the hotel was located close enough to the attractions that we were able to walk. I think that this hotel was nice for a young couple just in a little vacation The staff wasn't very helpful, the elevator didn't work properly, we saw that there was wi-fi free internet conections on all floors, and when we look into it, we were to pay for it. We thought there were going to be microwaves and coffee pots in the rooms, but they were all on the main floor, and there was only one microwave. |

The location was good. Very friendly greetings and offer of service and assistance if needed. Ice machines, vending needs to be established on each floor for late night/overnight convenience. |

it had to shampoo, conditioner or hair dryer. The room was to small for a jacuzzi. No extra pillow an comforter was very cheap. |

The hotel rooms were good, you really get what you pay for, the sheets didnt fit the bed, the walls are really thin and you hear everything, including barking dogs.. The carpet in the halls were really stained, but the rooms were clean, small but really not bad value for the money... |

The location of the hotel was wonderful. For the price I paid they did exceed my expectations. The jacuzzi appeared to be very clean and was very nice to relax in after a long day of walking. The drainage area around the pool appeared to need cleaning. The amount of chlorine in the pool would definatly kill any germs, I did not get into the pool and my eyes still were burning from standing by the edge. The walls are fairly bare in the hotel room, and a second mirior would be very good, as there is only one in the bathroom. |

The staff was great! Shawn was especially courteous and helpful! He truly made our stay very enjoyable and did his best to make us feel at home. The fact that the hotel is within walking distance of most attractions, sparing us costly parking fees at lots elsewhere, is also a big plus! We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Niagara Falls! Thanks! The hotel needs a larger parking area to ensure that there is ample parking for all the hotel guests. It also would be nice if the hotel would place hair dryers and clothes irons in each guest room. Just a couple of suggestions! |
