Did not get better rate (sister is dying of cancer) even though this was mentioned. Did not get any better rate than walkin guest. No ama or caa accepted?

Clean & breakfast was ok.

Bathroom light out of order. No shampoo provided.

I appreciated the kindness and courtesy of the desk clerk; we were very late arriving to our room, and he was patient with us.

The only thing I had a problem with was the narrowness of the bed; we have a queen... also the room was too warm, but there is a thermostat, and if I had noticed that before 3:30 in the morning, it would have been great. :)

Clean and friendly staff, and location was handy for travelers on the Yellowhead route who want to stop close to Edmonton but not in it.

uncomfortable chairs in room; no coffee and coffee maker in room; no microwave to heat up purchased food; no hot breakfast options; very slippery parking lot; diesel engines running in parking lot at night; no ashtray at back and side outside entrances; TV guide with the roll down schedule and shows was frustrating to use.

You have an awesome pet friendly motel. You Internet booking sites could use some updating and more about you motel could be told. Learnt a lot more about the place from the staff than the site we reserved the room. Will defiantly stay again

Price was reasonable and rooms were very clean.

The only complaint we had was how close the bed was to the wall on the left side. Really very little room to get out to go to the bathroom in the dark.

Simple, clean, hospital and staff gave us the Sun. To Thurs. Rate even though it was Sat. Night. Definitely "budget" but most people do not want to pay over $100. Other large chains are "gouging". As well the did not charge us for our small pet. This meant a lot!

For what we wanted....it was perfect!

The staff was very friendly and our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I did not like not having a coffee pot in our room or the fact you had to ask for shampoo and a blow dryer at the front desk.
