Strength of the shower could be improved.
This room, particularly the bathroom, was spotless. I've NEVER seen such a clean one, and I travel twice a month for work. I would MOST definitely stay here if in the area again. Staff recommended a restaurant where we had a fabulous fondue meal. One of the best evenings of our trip.
Not much that I can think of. Towels are of lighter weight, but not a problem for the price point.
Convenient location, clean place, quiet.
nobody at reception for check-in.. waited 10-15 minutes for someone to show up after calling
It is very quiet and clean please, we had a very good sleep.
We appreciated how clean this room was. My wife commented several times on the cleanliness!
The room was fine but just a tad on the small size by comparison with many motels but was quite adequate.
Everything was great. Wi-Fi and and very central to commercial district of Riv-du-Loup.
Not too much negative. Room was a little small but if travelling solo or just passing through as a couple it'd be perfect. I had a toddler and a bit more room for him to play would have been nice. A microwave in the room would also have been a nice addition.
staff was very helpful. location
mattresses not as comfortable. no one in lobby for arrival had to be telephoned , just not that convenient.
Clean and convenient.
A bit dated
reception. Good sized bathroom. Comfortable bed.
electrical wiring, lack of plugs.
... the rooms were tastefully appointed and pristine. ... and the location was just perfect as we were travelling to Prince Edward Island from Whitby, Ontario. ... such a pleasant stay ... just the ticket!
The place is quiet...obviously occupied by workers who go to bed early. Nice parking lot...beautiful spot to sit outside during the summer evening and have a good look at the ocean...motel remote from the street, hence quiet yet convenient. nearby restaurant good for breakfast.
Front desk employee appeared tired upon our arrival ( around 9:00pm) and not prepared to talk too much...certainly not as friendly as previous reviews indicated...
Loved the view, Loved the vibe, Loved the friendliness, Loved the cleanliness
We had a good time. Motel was not too expansive, clean, good equipment. The pool was warmer than the air :p
It's on a business street, lots of motels, restaurants, offices, etc ... No clear view of the river. Too much city like.
Enjoyed Our overnighter. Room was clean and quiet.
GPS had a devil of a time navigating through town and since it was dark it was doubly tricky.
I liked the décor, the comfort and the ambience,
You could tell it was a clean room, it smelt fresh when we openned the door. Lots of towels. You have a little porch with baskets of flowers in front of the room, it was cozy. The manager was helpful. We only stayed for one night and for a "on the road" motel, it was a good value.
The towels seemed a bit old and not soft enough on the skin. The view is not the best of Rivière-du-Loup, there was a warehouse on the other side of the road, in front of our porch, hiding parts of the fleuve.
Very, very clean and spacious, and had decent hair dryer. Grateful for the breakfast coffee and the Keurig.
I found the bed was too hard.
The bed was very comfortable, and the place was very clean.
This motel doesn't have a restaurant. We had to drive to find one. It would be nice to have a brochure of nearby restaurants. We booked double beds, and I asked him if we could have a queen and was charged $10.00 more. Not sure why this happened. Oh and 2 adults in a room and only 2 towels. I like an extra towel for my hair, that would of been nice.
Noisy fridge, could not get the Wi-Fi to connect
The wifi is terrible!
The owner sent us to a wonderful Breakfast place, l'Hotentik!
The Keurig coffee machine produced a rather weak coffee, without much taste. A pity for such a great name!
Feel need better locks on door. No continental breakfast.
We were only there for one night but it was comfortable, clean, and the staff was friendly!
