Staff was good, clean good service
The room looks nicer on the pictures, the bed colors and blinds are not the same and it makes a huge difference, breakfast was ok, price a little expensive for nothing too special
The only two things I liked was the free Wi-Fi and the staff.
The room was outdated, the furniture and everything inside. Smelly bedding dust in the corners of the room cracked tiles in the bathroom. BAD experience.
The breakfast is not that good
That they upgraded us to a room for no charge.
The room was small and smelled. We wanted to leave as soon as we got there and wanted to check out. We were told we couldnt get our money back but they would upgrade us to a bigger room. We got a big room with a jacquzzi tub in it. (I wouldnt have used it regardless but it was broken) The bed was old and mattress was horrible. There was no protective mattress cover which worried me. I didnt want to bring home bed bugs. (Didnt see any thankfully) It had a fridge but no microwave and the bathroom was kind of old and gross. I definitly wouldnt stay here again. Not at all clean and nice like it shows in the photos.
Not enough hot water, only good for one person's shower. It is nosiy. They charged me extra $10 for having two beds in the room which it should have two beds per room for original price.
Small room with no place to sit (sofa or chair). Bathroom was too small, no place to put anything. Room and hallways had a heavy cleaning chemical odor.
Liked how well located the hotel was easy access to highway and ten to 13 minutes away from old Montreal. Lots of parking. Clean rooms and nice TV's as well a clean fridge and if lucky a microwave. Washroom was clean. Even though is close to the highway I did not hear any noise from outside or neighbors
Breakfast needs lots of improvement. They have free continental breakfast which is a croissant, boiled eggs, juices, some cake, cereal, milk and coffee (which is free all day long). I think the restaurant kitchen needs more food options. must people sleep and go for breakfast and the well rest night you have in this hotel in this hotel should be also balanced with a better breakfast.
Newish and very clean
Layout of the room being in the back of building away from highway noise was nice. Receptionist was great at setting me up for the right room as I was originally placed in a one queen bed with a spa instead the two beds queen as reserved.
No much really that I don't like, just wish the door knob to the bathroom was not hanging loose. Hard to grab knob and get out. Also sink faucet nob was lose.
I will visit again. Good value for money.
There was no milk for coffee in the morning. Was told that once its over its over.
I had a free breackfeast it was really good fresh and tasty
Motel located right off the major East<>West highway crossing the island of Montreal. Good sound insulation despite proximity of busy highway
There was no coat/dress hanger in the room
Free coffee all day long
1.We had stairs in the room which were of different width. Who needs four stairs in a hotel room? 2. We were on 2ed floor but there was no elevator. 3. Every morning the whole room shook with the centrifuge of some washing machine. 4. Breakfast was very poor. 5. Payment was required on checking in but I got a receipt only at checkout even though I had asked for it.
Polite staff especially the young beautiful lady at the reception. Very helpful
No continental breakfast like hotels of its category
I cancelled my second night because I could not stand to stay there anymore. It looked nothing like the picture. The staff was not helpful. The room was tiny. The bed was hard and frail. The blankets were thin and he pillows were like mush. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
The woman working the front desk (really wish I knew her name, it was short red hair I believe). She was so helpful and totally turned our trip around! We had stayed at an awful hotel the night before and without us even telling her she provided amazing customer service. Very impressed.
The room did not look like the room I booked online, which was disappointing.
Staff was amazing! Bed was super comfortable and bath tub was huge!
The size of the room - it was huge, bigger than many studio apartments in big cities. A spacious Jacuzzi bathtub. The beds were comfortable and specious, there was no musty smell from the pillows and blankets. The drawers were not smelly. Despite some reviews to otherwise, non-smoking rooms were just that; there was no smell of cigarettes. Complementary bottled water. Nice and friendly staff. Fridges in rooms. Two separate sinks in different locations.
Coffee that comes with a coffeemaker is very poor quality. But there is a 24-hr free coffee machine in the lobby with a decent quality coffee. Breakfast is quite expensive.
Staff was friendly and price was good for a "hotel" accommodation.
Room was very small and comparable to middle class highway motel. Wouldn't dare walk in it without my shoes on.
Quiet for location Friendly staff
Curtains barely cover the windows Rug seems run down Colors are sad
Close to Biodom and Montreal Botanical Garden; with free parking, free wi-fi, coffee making in the room, just off Hwy 40, Tim Horton, Jarry Smoked Meat Restaurant (24 hr) & MacDonald close by (1 km). Although our room is next to the freeway but we couldn't hear the traffic at all. Above all the price is reasonable compared with the ones close to downtown..
Takes 30 to 40 minutes to Old town and downtown, but as a tourist we don't mind to see the city scene.
Staff was friendly and efficient
Walls are paper thin so do expect to hear anyone talking and bouncing off the walls (suspect the person was high) like we did at 2:00 AM and another loud nut case at 6:00 AM. Coffee in the room was cheap and there was no tea or any utensils.
very close to the highway, staff was not well informed
