Clean, renovated bathrooms, nice hot tub area Very noisey, showers and plumbing noises from neighbours was loud, heater was very loud. Hot tub is in the central court area so the noise from their radiates to most rooms.

I've stayed at the Mount Robson Inn every winter during ski season for about the past 5 years. It's clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and they have two good-sized outdoor hot tubs (very important at the end of a ski day!). There are two sinks/vanities (one in the bathroom and one purside the bathroom), which makes sharing a room with friends just that much easier. Theres a fridge and a microwave too! Prices are also quite reasonable. The only drawback is it's about a 10 minute walk from downtown Jasper, but that's minor, & a good chance to get some fresh mountain air.

The pillows are old and flat. For the amount of money I spent, I should have stayed home. The adjoining restaurant was closed, however not reflected in the website. I would not recommend this motel.

Management was very receptive to our special requests and gave us a quiet end unit on the lower floor. The Inn's location is far enough from the shops and restaurants yet close enough to walk everywhere. The compact room was very clean and comfortable. No complementary continental breakfast provided although a tiny coffee maker was in the room.

Friendly staff, locatipon, the hot tub and laundry roomboth clean are also a real plus. A decent cafe in the parking lot is nice and the hotel is quiet. Kind of expensive the the quality.

Clean room and facilities in good repair Web site indicated all rooms had microwave ovens we found that when we check in the room at our rate did not have a microwave. Staff provided an microwave at no additional charge but the room was very small. I consider it a fair room for the price.

Jasper is expensive, and this was on the low end of the cost for hotels (still expensive for the motel though). The Inn is located in a residential section of Jasper - not quite "downtown". Only a 5-10 min walk though.

“We travelled with 2 other couples who were visiting from Ireland. We were given three rooms adjacent to each other facing the train station. The rooms were all spacious, clean and quiet. We all agreed that the beds were more comfortable than those we had experienced in most other hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. We toured the hotel's nature museum and the visitors found it most interesting. The live band in the pub was a little loud for us but we just went across the street to a quieter lounge until the music was over at 11:00 pm and stopped in for a nightcap at the hotel's pub later.
