New room, comfortable bed, good breakfast!
Great use of space in a smaller room. Excellent breakfast. Heater was electric and therefore no noise!
Bed was new but very soft
- Jacuzzi tub!
Clean and quiet
My wife didn't like the bathroom door setup
The staff is very nice. Hotel has its own parking. The facility is good. Breakfast is rich.
No lift. You have to take the heavy suitcase to the 2nd floor.
A very warm welcome. Having an on site launderette was a bonus.
Breakfast was a bit limited. Would be nice to have some hot food. Room was a bit musty
Breakfast is basic (with self made waffle) continental. Location is good if you have a car.
Don't have water kettle in the room.
The location is the best thing about the hotel, really it's a motel with some upgraded rooms.
The room was very clean and looked like new. Adequate breakfast.
Furniture, specially the bed, had very sharp corners in a way that my wife and I both got scratched by them. Have that in mind specially if you're going there with children. The room was very small. Noise from the rooms above was a bit too much.
It was just too expensive. If it is outside of the national park, $100 would be OK price.
The rooms are new and the beds are fantastic so comfortable
Coffee and cups not replaced after first night
Extra washroom with ice size shower PS3 console for kids Extra TV Hot tubs Adult bed comfy Breakfast Included was great
Limited parking Bunk Beds uncomfortable Noise on the stairwells
NEWLY RE-FINISHED ROOM
Good location, quite clean
Not enough parking - had to park on the street a block away Downstair rooms are noisy.
clock didn't work
This is a standard layout Motel type place at a higher than it should be price.
Slightly tired. We had a premium room which was right behind the hot-tubs and were kept awake by noise. Room had a double jaccuzi bath - but smelt damp! Stayed in Canada for 10 days and this was most expensive day rate and least good hotel. Jasper was busy and I think the hotel was full - so rate probably reflects this not the quality of the hotel.
It was very, very clean. The room was set up nicely and recently remodeled. Felt like we were staying in a chalet. Front desk staff were wonderful. Gave us a pamphlet on dining options in Jasper. Nice hot tub.
A little far to walk to restaurants in town in the cold weather, but would have been fine in the summer months.
You can tell they ate trying to renovate and update everything
They have quite a ways to finish updating everything. Tube tv. Our room was by the stairs. All night you could hear each time someone went upstairs or down the stairs. Also too expensive for what you get.
Location- on the Main Street but just far enough to be a short walk from the hubbub, making it a quiet location.
Super close to town. Junior suite can fit a lot of people.
We got great information on local hikes that we would have missed from the staff. They were very enthusiastic.
Some mornings there was no hot food for breckfast which was a little disappointing.
Location, comfortable beds, nice spot after a long journey.
Spots of blood on a pillowcase and on a sheet. We had to turn the sheet around and discard the pillow. We were too tired after a long journey to call housekeeping. Very off putting. All else was fine.
Location was ideal. Breakfast was a bit of a free for all, other than that very good stop over
