We loved having two bathrooms and everyone had their own bedroom room. There was lots of storage space and the common area was great. Having TV, phone and WiFi available was a definite plus! Overall a wonderful stay and we'd do it again.

Luckily we brought our own air conditioner; had we not it would have been quite warm. There should be enough kitchen kits available to rent for every kitchen.

The location was really good. It was great value for money and my son and his wife was pleased as you could also use the gym.

Our only problem was there was a kettle microwave and cooker but no cups or plates or spoons so if you stay here you need to get a few basics.

Fridge Freezer and Galley type kitchen, also liked the coin operated laundry room, and large car park. Staff were very pleasant and friendly.

perhaps the mattresses were a little hard for some family members

    The staff were very helpful.

We had a full kitchen but there were no pots or pans to go with it. Went right by the unit for check in as the sign was so small.

great views of lagoon and bedford sound

kitchen but no equipment of any kind --not even a coffee cup. The toilet paper is below penitentary grade--the mad genius who came up with the formula for this deserves a few extra years in purgatory with no other option.

The location was good - close to downtown / waterfront, but also far enough away that it wasn't in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. A scenic area with walking trails. There was plenty of space an privacy for each person. Each person had their own room with a single bed, desk and wardrobe. There were also two full bathrooms and a kitchen and living room/dining room area. This would be great if you were staying for longer than one or two nights, and wanted to cook some of your own meals / breakfast to save money (But you would have to bring your own dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, etc) The wireless signal was very strong and it had access to a lot of tv channels. Bathrooms were very clean, and had good water pressure.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable - none of us slept very well as the mattresses were very hard, and there was only one very thin pillow on each bed, so there was not enough neck support. Lack of supplies in the kitchen, meaning no pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, utensils. We used the fridge, but couldn't make meals there because of lack of supplies. There is nowhere on campus to get a meal - access to a breakfast plan would have been nice. We were disappointed that the athletic facility had no pool - but, there are public pools nearby.

It was affordable. Also, it was nice to have separate rooms for all of us since I was travelling with my mom and my sister.

Kitchen is pretty useless without utensils. Beds were hard. Place was incredibly difficult to find.

Price, location and quiet accommodation. Also had useful laundry room.

No cups provided for drink making. NB all other items were provided. Also no hair dryer. It was not clear if breakfast was included despite booking showing it was.

Large appartement with 4 seperate bedrooms, nice living area, free parking and green space around made it perfect for a family. Much better set up than any hotel I could think off. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It's very inconvenient to have a full kitchen, but not a single pot, plate, cutlery, glass etc... Makes it pretty useless unless you bring your own stuff (which we did but it made packing a challenge (we arrived by plane)) The wifi wasn't the best. At times we had to leave the appartement and sit outside at the elevators to be able to check our mails.

We liked the living space available in the apartments. We liked that it was close to Halifax center.

The beds were extremely hard. It was the complaint of every adult (7) in our group.

The bedrooms do not have lamps and beds are singles, the bathroom and kitchen sinks should have been cleaned and upholstery had holes. There is no one at the front desk after 11 pm the front door does not always lock and Security is in another building down the hill. After dark it is poorly marked and not very well lit. On a very busy street with lots of morning traffic.

We traveled as a family and had our own rooms. The apartment was very spacious and clean. However, it is a dorm, so the furnishings were sparse and there was nothing in the kitchen. If you were to stay there for any length of time, you have to bring everything for the kitchen. Towels, soap and shampoo were provided. The breakfast which was supposed to be a continental breakfast actually included hot items.

There was no air conditioning and no fans in the apartment or rooms. If you happen to be there on a hot day facing the street, you have no choice but to keep your windows open. Bedford Highway is a busy street.

The location was quiet, and the lodgings were very good for a family.

It would have helped for a note to have been made that there were furnishings at all in the kitchen.
