We stayed in a loft and greatly enjoyed the amenities and location! Would definitely recommend!

The check-in process is a little awkward but not a huge problem.

Very affordable, so close to the village, got our money's worth.

parking was expensive, staff never really said hi coming into the hotel, having to check in at a different hotel and out at a different hotel.

We liked everything about the hotel and especially the location. It was just next to the lifts and right in downtown. There was full equiped kitchen and fireplace.

The reception was not in the same building so we had to check in and check out like 100 meters from the hotel. Staff of the hotel was really unhelpful regarding our questions and we had to deal with all problems thru phone with our reception.

Close to Village center. Easy walk to all amenities. Quiet rooms. Well kept.

I thoroughly enjoyed my staff at your hotel and definitely would return again!!! Lovely suite, very clean and loved the jetted tub. Your staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Corinna, who helped me out with day trip bookings. Able to walk around the village and super close to the mountains to get on the gondolas!!! Great hotel for your money!!!

Just a little confusing as a first time traveller to Whistler. My shuttle dropped me off at the wrong hotel and had to walk to where I was booked. But again, where I checked in is not where I stayed, so to me it was a little confusing!!! Also my room was not ready and therefore had to shop in the village in the rain!!! Very impressed with my room, except my bed, a pullout couch is not my idea of relaxation. Also it would have been nice to have a vending machine of snacks, I realize there was pop and ice, but that was all.

The confusing part of two companies running one hotel The ridiculous lights that are on all night for "Health and safety" reasons when other lights could be placed lower down away from the hotel windows. Combined with the lack of proper blinds to block out these light made it very hard to fall to sleep. NEEDS to be fixed before i would stay there again.

room is a bit small imo. the bed is not a really bed but a sofa bed. Friday night can get noisy since its very close to the village.

Great location, good free wi fi and everything was provided in the studio.

The room was very nice with two bathrooms, a jetted tub in one bathroom, a sauna and a fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked with the appliances and utensils that you need. Great location in the village. Easy walk to the ski lifts.

It would have been perfect if it had been a little easier to get your skis in and out of the storage area and garage.

Pool and hot tub. Convenient location for those of us without a car.

Couldn't get the bathtub/jacuzzi plug to work.

First night- channels were glitchy and some channels we couldnt watch, whereas others we had to wait for the picture to become clear with the audio. Called front desk, they politely said that the following day, someone would be by to fix it... By the end of our stay 3 days later, no one had arrived to fix the television and the channels were still broken

Small room Out-dated. Noisy refrigerator interupted sleep often.

The loft rooms were excellent for our family. Seemed like a small apartment with space for adults and kids. Location was excellent. being allowed to leave the car in underground until 1pm allowed us to check out at 11am then go for brunch and shop a little before heading home.

The desk clerk when we arrived was professional but a bit cold. The pool was not in service - emergency closure. We were very upset as it was 30 degrees and we specifically booked there for the pool. The was no access to neighboring pools. Fortunately, the desk clerk where we checked in at the Executive was very helpful and waived parking fee and gave complementary passed to rec centre. Pool at rec centre was great and would recommend to families.
